Not world class, but a decent value.
No frills packaging, 4 lights shipped in 4 clear bags within one cardboard box, no padding. That said, they arrived unharmed. Quality of materials and construction seems quite acceptable. Includes plug which fit snugly/5" pigtail wires. The raised lip rubber grommet is hollow underneath the lip, not solid..and the thickness of that lip is a little thin, but I don't see it as a deal breaker. The backup lights use same type of 3 wire pigtail as turn/tail lights do, so that'll keep you guessing which of the two (+) wires will make the white led's come on. :)As for brightness, I give tail 3.5 stars and turn/brake 4 - Not super bright, but decent. The white backup gets a 4.2-4.5... It's does a good job. Note: viewing angle is tight. On zero axis is best brightness, but dramatically less visible beyond 30 degree off center. The descriptive listing title should not use the word "fog" light; they're in no way suited for use as a "fog light", other than yes, they'll help your tail end be seen if there's light fog perhaps up to 1500 feet. The lenses are marked as "DOT" compliant. For the fair price and fast shipping, I've got no complaints.

Good light but slightly confusing if you're not familiar with them
Instructions would have made an install for a first timer of this product much easier. So I'll quickly describe for potential buyers. 4.5" (not 4") needs to be drilled. Rubber flange goes on ensuring that the small rear lip is secured around back side of bumper. This should pull the front edge flatter and create a chamfered profile in the front. Then put the led lights from the back. For some reason I assumed the lights pushed through the front of the rubber rings which gave me quite a bit of frustration. Lights look great and are plenty bright. One surprise was from the description it seems like a single red light can serve as both a brake and turn signal. For my case this did not work and had to add additional set of red lights. One for brake and one for signal. 4 stars for lack of instructions and lack of clarity in multifunctional capabilities.

2011 Cascadia perfect replacement
Put these on my 2011 cascadia. Really snug fit with the rubber ring, the old lights were riveted into place. Easy to install, just spliced 3 wires and used a rubber mallet & WD-40 to push them into place.. I was nervous that they would fall out, but it took so much effort to push them in. They're secure.

Super bright and with slight modifications on the hole they work great.
Ok these are great but they were super tight on our 2007 Lance 1131 bumper so had to do some sanding to make the hole a little bigger even though it was supposed to fit it’s a solid bumper and unless you have a machine that presses them in they aren’t going, with slight sanding on the hard plastic bumper they did fit like a glove and aren’t coming out and their plenty bright and made a huge difference.

Decent lights, comes with harness, gaskets didn't fit
As others had mentioned, trying to install these lights with the provided gaskets in my 94 Rd model Mack proved impossible. I utilized the old gaskets. Since part of what I was doing was replacing some wiring I utilize the new connectors that came with them and extended them as the wires are only maybe 6in long. Truck has been working for over a week and haven't had any issues. Lights aren't the brightest I've seen but are certainly possible and an improvement over old incandescents. Overall a good value for the money, wish the new gaskets fit better.

Needed modification
The lights themselves are nice, but the the install was a PIA. They don't make it very clear what actual hole you need for them. You would think these dimensions would be standard. I have knapheid utility body on my truck which is pretty typical around new england anyway. Existing lights were all 4 1/8 " dia. I suspect that is what most utility bodies are. These lights require a 4.5" hole. Somebody in the reviews was nice enough to post that. I was able to ream out all of the holes and make the lights fit, not a huge deal, but I was expecting to spend about 10 minutes switching out the lights. Instead I spent about 1.5 hours cleaning the holes for the tail lights and back up lights. Not the end of the world, but something to be aware of. Not everybody has the tools to do that. You would be there for hours if you had to do it with a round hand file. Other then that the lights are good. I would have given them a 5 star if it was not for the install process.

Best tail and reverse LED combo
1993 Dodge d250 with a service bed. Cut the size appropriate hole to accept the rubber gromets and popped them in. Wired them and they are BRIGHT! Tail and brake lights are great and the reverse lights are spotlight quality. It like having reverse headlights and are pure perfection. I bought LED blinker relays for these but didn't need them. Blinker timing is the same as the original bulb setup.
