It’s real Sorghum!
My grandfather grew sorghum cane and made sorghum syrup/molasses in East Tennessee. This sorghum is spot on for authentic East Tennessee syrup. It’s made for hot biscuits and ingredients for cookies, breads, and anything else that needs the intense sweet flavor that characterizes Tennessee sorghum. I’m a believer!

I have consumed sorghum for 60 years. I have in the past enjoyed this product from the vender. This year however the container had sugar clumps built up inside the containers. That usually occurs for old sorghum. The longer it sits the more sugar clumps develop. I will again next year try the product again hopefully without the same results.

One of my favorite syrups
We love sorghum and have used this brand a few times. It has a good quality flavor, nice thickness and we enjoy using it to substitute in recipes that call for molasses
