These seemed to be a good replacement for that, but a bit small. But it came in a 2-pack, so we could hang two if needed. One of these was used on a recent camping trip. It worked as expected, but not as well as the mothership used to work. However, it only used one LED, and less power. We didn't get to use two, but in theory placing these in two places across from each other would work better than a central light. Time will tell. I might look for an alternative lamp for this purpose in the future, but this works well enough that I won't be looking for a while.
