Definitely one of the best vitamin D supplements I've taken! It raised my vitamin D levels in a matter of weeks and I felt the difference right away! It gave me a lot more energy and my moods were a lot better. Size of pill is smaller so easier to swallow, doesn't have much of a taste and no bad smell. Love these!

I Love Dr. Berg’s products, I normally buy bulk purchases from his website, but I am so happy Amazon is carrying his product now so I am able to purchase a bottle or two when I am not able to make a bulk purchase.I have been using his products for a couple of years now and let me tell you they work & they are great quality clean products! The D3 & K2 is just one of the many I use, I have even purchased the Biotin Shampoo/Conditioner & Serum in the past, I need to reorder more hair conditioner…The Emergency Immune defense is a Must Have and so is the Acidophilus!
