I like to mix flavors together and these are delicious!
I heard about this product from a blogger that is on a health journey. I have been using LMNT for about 6 weeks and love how much better I feel… truly. All of my life I was the kid that got sick easily and had to sleep 10 hours a night. For years I have felt kind of groggy and not 100%. Two years ago I started eating a daily banana and felt pretty darn good, leading me to believe that I probably had a potassium deficiency. So I decided to see if this product could also help up my energy level. In short, I feel so much better on most days. I like that I can mix my flavors as I have quite a sweet tooth that I know contributes to my lethargy. I mix the citrus with the watermelon in a glass of ice and water and sip on several glasses all day long. I mix it up fairly weak as I probably drink 4 or 5 glasses a day. I kind of experimented with how I felt after a few weeks and this seems to work for me. In between glasses I also drink more plain water. To me this tastes a bit like Crystal Light, but better. I really like the tiniest bit of salty flavor along with a kick of sweet. Not only do I feel better, I also am sleeping less, and have had a dramatic decrease in cravings for sweet and salty foods that are not good for me. I still occasionally eat junk food but I dont think about it all the time. People ask all the time if it tastes salty. Yes, but in a good way. Like if I make homemade vanilla frosting and add a pinch of salt to it, you taste the sweet first but then there is a tiny amount of salt that cuts the sweet flavor. I find it delicious. I no longer drink Coke or LaCroix as my ‘I have to have something’ fix. You get to control the strength of flavor and this pack is a good way to try out which flavor suits you. The watermelon is way too sweet for me but when I mix it with the citrus or the grapefruit it is a drink I love. The powder is super fine and mixes quickly with water. I find it delicious with very cold water and ice. Easy to pack for a week away and cost wise it replaces a lot of my bad habit food and drink. After using this for weeks my brain fog is cut dramatically and I feel very hydrated.

Great Sports Drink.
LMNT is Awesome. It is a must try for sure. I’ve tried a few Electrolyte Drink mixes. Some are good and some are just okay. It just depends on your individual needs. I’ve struggled with low sodium and potassium levels for a while, and this did the trick with key ingredients. The Taste is good but yes a bit salty, for me the magic number is 28 oz of water per one packet. It mixes well and is not grainy at all like other powders. All the flavors are good, again a based in individual palate. I use one packet per day after workouts or housework and it hits the spot, I prefer it with cold water.

Pretty awesome
So I've been doing a lot of Intermittent fasting. I started with 16/8, alternate day feeding, and have basically landed on extended fasts of 3-5 days at a pop. I have a lot of weight to lose. I was a bit worried I was not getting enough electrolytes because of all the water I was drinking and some studies and info out there indicate that electrolytes are good to replace while on extended fasts. I found LMNT and read probably every article on their website. The product is a bit expensive for my taste but... the variety pack is pretty reasonably priced. They are definitely salty. 24oz is imho the least amount of water for mixing with a single pack of salts. I have cycling water bottles that hold 24oz. So I would mix it up, hork down a few big swallows and then refill to the top. 32oz is a really good idea for most people. I try to exercise while fasting and this stuff seems to have helped my "calm" that's about the only way I can describe it. I would have 1 a day after I was at least 1 day into my fast, and it really did help with my general feeling of well being and clarity of mind. I also have to give LMNT props, they are trying to make a buck, but not at the expense of helping people get what they need. They have a page dedicated to making your own. So you can, and I did, order your own ingredients and make your own LMNT (style formulation) drink packs. I tried my first one the other day and aside from the flavor difference it was very very similar in taste and effect it had on my fast. So kudo's to LMNT for making an awesome product and also sharing it with folks. The flavors are really something. My favorite being the Mango Chili. I loved that one. The Habanero one was not as good, but still tasty. I can't bring myself to drink the Watermelon one because I'm just not a fan of Watermelon but I will probably use it next week as I've drank all the others lol. The Citrus is quite tasty also. The first thing I remembered thinking after my first packet was this taste like old school Gatorade. A buddy of mine and I did a several hundred mile ride quite a few years ago and we were using old school Gatorade in our hydration bottles and LMNT has the same mouth feel, it's very drinkable, if you're an athlete looking for electrolyte replacement this stuff is money. The best part about this little variety pack is it's cheap, you can try it without breaking the bank. Go check out their website and read some of their articles the science behind it is why I tried it. Very pleased.

Great flavours, good value for variety, but full packs are expensive.
I got this product because I wanted a clean way to replenish my electrolytes after I go on long runs. The packaging was very clean and included a branded box with the packets and a card inside. I like how they color-code and have the names for the large variety of flavors they include. Upon drinking it, I felt very hydrated and refreshed. It’s great that they allow you to buy a variety pack so that you can figure out which flavors you like. I personally liked the watermelon salt and raspberry salt flavors, which I am looking forward to buying more of in the future. However, I have not been able to stomach the raw unflavored version of LMNT just yet. I also like how LMNT uses small packets instead of using a big jar of powder and a scooper. This makes it more convenient since I can just throw it in my bag and tear it open later. Again, LMNT providing a way to try out all of the flavors is a plus. This sample pack is a much cheaper way to determine what you like and what you don’t like without the commitment of buying a flavor you may not like. A bad thing is that LMNT is more on the expensive side of electrolyte powders, which can be a deal-breaker for somebody that will be drinking it regularly. Compared to other electrolyte brands, this product has more total sodium, potassium, and magnesium than others. On their official website, they explain scientifically why they chose to include a higher amount, which I appreciate. Overall, this is a great electrolyte supplement with a lot of different flavors and a good value to sample the variety that LMNT offers. However, the prices on larger packs can get a little expensive.

They work and are worth the money!
My husband and I both use these. I am a runner so I need to replenish my electrolytes. My husband gets a lot of muscle cramps all over from being on dialysis. He uses half a packet at a time when he gets a cramp and it subsides quickly. he has tried several different electrolyte powders and this one is by far both of our favorites! The flavor is great! The chocolate is not the best though. It tastes kind of muddy lol. I do like that they have the sample pack option so you can at least try them to see which ones you like. The powder mixes easily and the smell and taste is pleasant. They are on the expensive side, but they work!

Flavors are Great. Makes me Feel Great. Price is Outrageous.
First off, I love how this line of electrolytes taste. The quality of the product and the work that went into testing the flavors is without question. I did feel more relaxed after drinking it as long as I was hydrated or would be hydrated shortly after. The value proposition though is absolutely absurd. Once you get out of the sample packs they are 30 packs for $1.50 each, or $45. Considering a lot of their ads are pitching this as a daily supplement, that is a pretty big monthly cost equaling that of my Gas or Water Bills some months. On principle, this product is mostly salt with very little of the other two electrolytes. Salt is very cheap. Magnessium and Potassium aren't necessarily expensive either. Even some of the cottage brand pink salts and flaky finishing salts are sold at about 10 cents per gram. A multivitamin has far rarer minerals to find in your daily diet, and also comes in higher quantities of Magnessium than this product and comes in at around 75 cents. There are also possible health concerns for some people. 1G of salt is quite a lot in comparison to the Magnesium and Potassium contained in the product. Additional water is necessary to hydrate, probably double for those consuming it mixed with 24oz of water. For those with high sodium diets as it is or those with high blood pressure, you may want to triple or quadruple that to not spike your BP. If I drank it slowly over time and had additional water, I was able to get relaxed without feeling adverse effects, but I wonder then if the positive effects of the electrolytes are reduced by the increased water intake. It's all a balancing act and I'm just not sure this product is right for me. There is definite value to supplementing electrolytes for energy, sleep, and overall feeling well throughout the day. I'm definitely willing to try different brands and even revisit this one. I'm just hoping I can find a different brand with less salt and higher quantities of the other electrolytes, since that is what I feel I'm lacking most to feel my best.

Love LMNT
My sodium level was low so I started drinking one of these daily and now my levels are perfect. It dissolves clear. There is no texture. Just great taste.

Best Electrolyte Option for My POTS – Highly Recommend!
As someone with POTS, staying properly hydrated is crucial for me, and the LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Sample Pack is hands down my favorite choice. The flavors are bold and refreshing, and I love that they have zero sugar, which is a big plus. These packets provide the perfect electrolyte boost without any unnecessary additives. The 8-count pack is great for sampling different flavors, and I always feel better after using them. Whether it’s for POTS management or just everyday hydration, I highly recommend these if you’re looking for an effective and clean electrolyte supplement! The only two I wasn’t big on was the unflavored and chocolate flavor, and I tried it both on its own and in coffee. I still recommend getting the variety pack though, especially if you’re new to pots - getting large packs of the same flavor means getting burnt out on them fast! Or, alternatively, if you prefer the same flavor over and over again, you can find your favorite quickly!

Best Electrolyte Mix I’ve Tried
I’ve been using LMNT for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. I live in a hot climate and sweat a lot during workouts, so staying hydrated is important. Since I started using LMNT, I’ve noticed fewer muscle cramps, better energy, and I feel much better after exercising. The flavors I’ve tried are all refreshing without being overly sweet, which I really appreciate. It also dissolves quickly in water and is super convenient to take on the go. I like that it doesn’t contain sugar or a lot of unnecessary ingredients—just the electrolytes I need. It’s not the cheapest option, but for me, the quality is worth paying for. I’ll definitely keep buying it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality electrolyte drink.
