I’m very pleased with my purchase of the fitness bar. I have been using a name brand version that my physical therapy center got me using for my frozen shoulder. I was a little hesitant to buy an offbrand, but I was so pleased with my purchase that I ordered one for my parents. This fitness bar gives your arms and shoulders a great workout. I watched some videos on how to use the bar with various exercises. It is lightweight and incredibly sturdy. Great value. I highly recommend for anybody working through a shoulder injury or just wanting to get an upper body workout. It’s shocking that you only do this for a minute or two and really feel your muscles starting to burn.

She said it gives her arms a totally different kind of a work out in a very short amount of time. She bought it primarily for the vibrations that it generates while using it, in hopes that it will be one more way to maintain or improve bone density. Even though I think it is a bit quirky, she feels she has gained arm strength and coordination since using it. She finds it easy to hold and has created different ways to use it. It is affordable for an extra piece of exercise equipment. My wife is petite and has small hands but it is very light weight and easy for her to handle. She really likes it and would like a second one so that she can work both arms at once. It works as advertised.

I like this product. It really does work if you follow the instructions.

Like the slightly weighted ends to help with strength as well as tability

Fairly good work out tool with a comfortable center handle. When using I found the resonance to be unbalanced, which is not what I have experienced with other bars I have used at the gym. Great tool and weight for working out my mid-section.Pros:- Perfect weight- Grip is easy on the hands- Excellent tool to have available for a quick mid-section workoutCons:- Slight resonance unbalance. Not enough to prevent use, but enough I notice.

This is crazy but things like this are almost always not what they seem. I thought I’d dare to venture and buy this knowing that I could return it if it really didn’t work. Imagine my surprise when I tried it and I sweat immediately. There are many positions that you can do with this bar. It’s all about the hand job that makes this thing really work. You put it in your hand and you just go back and forth with your arm stretched out and it vibrates hitting those muscles deep inside. You really get a great workout. When you are done, you feel like taking a nap because it was so intense. I’m so happy that I purchased this.

By reps, I mean the number of times that the blade flexes back and forth.Much lighter weight than the original BodyBlade.More effective because it is a higher frequency and flexes more.I showed it to my chiropractor, and he ordered one for his PT area, even though he already had a traditional BodyBlade.For many of his patients, the lighter weight and increased flexibility are essential.

My son uses this for warming up his arm for pitching on his college team. He says all the pitchers use his because it’s has the best resistance. He loves it and it’s durable with multiple pitchers using it every day
