All assembly required.
This is a diy kit, noting is together on it. You have to attach hook and then the bottom pieces as well. Time waster because I didn't expect to have to "make" the streamers

Bent all up
Multiple pieces came bent. May not be a big deal to some, but to me they should've all been fine and not bent up. It will be more noticeable when we hang them up but I don't have time to order replacements before my daughter's party.
