Watch the size.
I thought this would be good protection and it is, but the sizes are a little off. I ordered an XL because I ordered the Adams Trace Knee Guard at XXL and they fit perfect. But these elbow guards come off fairly quick when you start sweating. So now I can't keep them on for more than a few minutes. I'm a 6', 230 pounder, with 17" arms and the XL's come flying off. Be weary.

I bought this to protect an injured elbow. For me it was too bulky and cumbersome. I had to add stitching to make it more fitting to my arm

Would be ok but..
i ran into the same problem as the Trace knee guard. I measured myself and checked the sizing chart and ordered a medium based on that. When it arrived it was way too small. Order at least a size larger.
