Why did the price go up on Fig Newtons?

Everything is going up due to inflation, war, and administration. Buy now if you need it as things are going to get worse before they get better. Stock up on staple dry foods

i dont understand this one, are 4 boxes with 12 pack of 2 cokies?

Yes, this item contains 48 servings (4 boxes of 12 packs). Hope this helps!

Want to stock up, but what Expiration date as of today on these ones?

Obviously there is no way for me to know the expiration date on what the distributor has in his warehouse. You need to ask the shipper that question.

How much fiber in each serving? Do they help to have better bowel movements?

I don't know how much fiber is in them It was a long time ago I ordered them. to answer your second question I go regularly anyway but the do help.
