But product price has jumped from $95 in 2018 to over $110 in 2022, thus this purchase may be our of sight for most budgets. Save for your "best" guest bathroom if you can only afford one, or treat yourself and put in the bathroom you use the most,

I installed this tissue holder myself after seeing a video on-line. First of all, the packaging itself is beautiful.... each piece is wrapped in a cloth bag to protect the polished chrome. The installation templates are made out of cardboard and you do not have to cut them out. They are easy to tape to the wall and level before you make your installation holes. Installation was fairly easy....adjusting the brackets to ensure they were completely level took a few adjustments (but I had never done this before). The holder is very heavy and sturdy; excellent quality. Once installed, it is beautiful!

I purchased two of these and installed them. The quality is excellent and they have a nice substantial weight. I love them.For installation, one installed with no problem, but the second one I am having trouble with the part that holds the toilet paper. The lever lifts and rests on one of the arms, but the lever and the arm on this one are difficult to line up and the lever ends up falling off the arm - could be an issue with my walls or my installation capabilities. I will continue to try and adjust but it is not easy - so be very careful when you install.

I researched toilet roll holders for several weeks before choosing this product. This was my final choice. I am delighted with it. I can't imagine a situation in which this would not be the best choice for anyone who wanted something modern with a chrome finish. It is a pleasure to use: (1) Replacing the roll is so easy. No spring-loaded center to drop on the floor or down the toilet. Just swing the arm up, swap the empty roll for a new one, and lower the arm. (2) Pulling paper without the roll spinning too far (so you have to roll it back) is easy. The arm on which the roll sits is roughly rectangular, not round, so when you stop pulling the roll stops spinning. And the appearance of the holder is beautiful. (As other reviewers have said: ignore any review that says the arm doesn't close properly. That is due to the pillars not being adjusted to the right spacing. Adjustment is easy: the holes in the wall-mounts are oval, so you loosen the screws and move the pillar a little to the left or right until the arm closes fully and gently, then tighten the screws again.) As I say: this is the perfect toilet roll holder.

This is a perfect Pivoting Tissue Holder. This one is better built than all the others I've checked out that looked similar. The way it shuts is slow and the stop is built great (heave duty). I saw one just like this one at a local store but the stop was weak and completely broken off so if you don't buy this one find one that has a good stop that won't snap off over time.

Very solid construction. Works great. Any reviews that say it’s wobbly is only due to inaccurate measurements between the two mounting brackets.
