Very nice set. Quality is good. Comes with a lot for the price. Utensils included and come in a nice case. Perfect for my family. Doesn't look like plastic. Ceramic look. Can use with microwave and dishwasher which is a huge plus.

One of the best purchase

I have been in desperate need of a decent dinnerware set for a while now, due to the fact that all of my old ceramic dishes broke. A prerequisite of my search for a new dinnerware set was that the new set would have to be shatterproof. I came to this decision because I have actually been cut by ceramic shards on several occasions, and I decided that enough was enough. Low and behold, I just so happened to come across this Kitdoyo wheat straw dinnerware set. I had never heard of wheat straw dishes before, so after doing some research and learning about the beneficial properties of these dishes over conventional dishes (i.e. shatterproof, lightweight, easy to clean), I opted to give them a try.This is a very nice little set of dishes, and it includes all of the essentials. Included with this set are four plates, four bowls, four cups, and four cutlery sets with nice little storage containers. The cups and utensils come in the color white, while the plates and bowls come in two colors, white and gray. Be aware that you will be able to easily see the wheat grains that make up the construction of the dishes, and that the colors are not pure. The visible grains dirty the color in a way, but this is not at all an issue to me as I only care about functionality in this case. I really appreciate the fact that these dishes are nice and light. My old dishes were very bulky, so the difference is night and day. To my surprise, all of the included dishes feel incredibly sturdy, from the plates right down to the utensils. I was expecting them to feel rather flimsy, but these dishes are instead very solid.The dishes are very nicely designed and can easily be used in your home or can be used for many other occasions. The dishes are compact and stack very nicely, for space saving storage purposes. I really like the design of the plates as they are different from any plate that I have ever owned previously. The center of the plate is recessed and the exterior of the plate has a steep lip that prevents any food from inadvertently spilling off of the plate. The bowls are the perfect size and I often use them for my morning cereal. The utensils are nicely designed and are very sturdy. The cups fit nicely in the hand and are very easy to hold. I have used the plates, bowls, and cups in the microwave extensively and have not noticed any warping or damage. Another amazing aspect of these dishes is that they are super easy to clean. Any food residue rinses right off of these dishes. It is very seldom that I ever have to scrub away food residue. Food seems to simply run right off.I am very happy with these Kitdoyo wheat straw dishes. The designs of each included dish have been very well thought out and have been very well executed. These dishes are light, sturdy, and solid, and they clean very easily. The dishes stack nicely into one another, which allows them to take up much less space than my old dishes during storage. All of the dishes have held up perfectly fine during microwave usage, and I have not noticed any damage. Additionally, the claims that these dishes are shatterproof certainly seem to be the true, as I have dropped them many times and have noticed no damage. These dishes can be used for virtually any occasion, and would make a great upgrade for you or they would make a perfect gift for a friend or loved one. In closing, I will never go back to ceramic dishes after having used these wheat straw dishes. They are much safer to use, and I believe them to be superior in every way. This Kitdoyo wheat straw dishware set is an excellent value, and I would highly recommend it to you.

Weird to think that this dining set is made of wheat, I wonder if people with celiac disease should avoid them? Anyway this is a nifty set, I got them for my camper and they are a nice compact fit and take up little space. These would be and excellent graduation gift as they would be ideal in a dorm of apartment.These are designed, I believe to compete with melamine and share a lot of the same attributes: dishwasher and microwave safe, easy to clean etc. with the caveat that these are much lighter and softer and even the packaging warns that using a knife and other cutlery on the surfaces could cause scarring and damage so in the long run these will undoubtedly deteriorate in ways that melamine will not, but these are great for ephemeral small place living.

This set is perfect for kids. The plates were great neutral colors. They were sturdy and well made. My toddler definitely put them through the test and so far are unbreakable as stated. They washed up well. This was a large set so great for a camping set, a vacation set or just a set to have when the grandkids come over. Everything came nicely packed in the box and perfect to store.

Really nice sturdy set! Love the color. Comes w everything you need! I like how the plates are dipped down a little bit. Very easy to clean. I love the material. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the style of the spoon. Which my boys don’t care and they use them anyway. Not a big deal. I just won’t use them. Just a little differ than what I’m used to. Other than that it’s a great set! Would definitely recommend!

These are pretty sturdy. My only concern is that the tines of the fork and the butterknife seem a bit flimsy. They feel more sturdy than disposable utensils for sure. The plates, bowls, and cups I have no concerns about breaking, they feel pretty solid.There is a bit of smell to them when you first unpack them but it's not a bad smell and it disperses pretty quick.They do stain. Found that out very quickly with vegetable soup. Washed it really well but the orange didn't leave.Then something weird happened. I made instant mashed potatoes in the same bowl and the potatoes literally lifted the stain off. The bowl is clean now. I'm not sure what science is at play there but uh... tip for if your bowls stain I guess?

The wheat straw dishes we've tried so far have been fantastic for kids and clumsy teenagers. They wash up easily, don't stain, and are sturdier than ceramic or porcelain plates.I recommend these for families. The "cutlery" we don't use so much but the other items are used every single day. Don't mind having the kids wash dishes as I know there won't be accidents with these.The grey shades are very nice and will go with a lot.
