This is a pretty good work out for your core. The only problem is the pad for your knees. It is too small and easily moves. I am going to get a better pad but otherwise it will get your core strong.

I have used this on a few times ...the wheels have a veeybahrd time rolling...I am hoping Over time this problem resolves itself

I wasn’t totally in love with the product. It’s kinda small for how I want to use it but in just a month of use (and it’s not every day) the material covering the metal frame is breaking. The only reason I amNot returning is because I kissed the window by 3 days!

I didn't even take it out of the plastic. This is nothing like the full-sized ones you see at the gym. I just looked at the pics, didn't check for the measurements. I have not idea what sort of photo tricks they used (maybe a very small-bodied model) to make it look big. The wheels are like 1", too. This is not suitable for somebody over maybe 130 lbs.

The media could not be loaded.  The instructions say no assembly, but you need to put the wheels on, but that's easy.The frame of this is wlel built. It's easy to hold, the coating is comfortable for the hands.I am able to use this but it's a little tricky. Even if I want to go straight bakc and forth, the wheels have to wobble and rotate so it is not really possible to go smoothly in a straight line and reverse.I think this would be used best for exercises where you go in circular motions, because changing directions means the wheel has to spin around and realign.Also, I can not use this on a carpeted surface, even if I have a smooth yoga mat. It really only works on a hard surface.

The media could not be loaded.  I like this triangle abs roller. It is steady and smooth. It allows great isolation of abs without staining the arms or trying to balance on just one wheel. The foam pad fits on the triangle good for different workouts. I’m a big fan of this product now and can’t wait to see my abs improve in the next 30 days.
