Just bought this delicious doggy for the second time!! It is so deliciously soft and cozy! Had my first one for over a year now, and it’s still in great shape for having undergone my abuse😜 I bought another one because I take it along everywhere I go overnight and I (gasp!) left it at my moms house. She lives a couple hours away and I couldn’t get it back fast enough, so I just bought another one. The two nights I waited for it to arrive have been the worst sleep I’ve had in months! The size is perfect for me, and I love the little weighted ears! Washes really well on a gentle cycle, and air dries in just a few hours. I actually think the price is really decent for what you’re getting and how long it lasts. I’ve never had a teddy i sleep with not tearing after 4 months, and I have this one for over a year! Just for context, I’m 25 years old. This doggy is MINE! Not my childrens, no matter how much they wanna take mamas stuff☺️

I bought this for my teenage daughter. She loved it. It looks exactly as advertised. The only reason it gets 4 stars is due to the slightly high price for a stuffed animal.

I got my dog because I needed something to hug real tight when I'm sad. My pillow fulfilled that purpose for a bit, but it wasn't really hug-friendly. And the last thing you need when you're falling apart is having a pillow that refuses to cooperate. Enter my big ol' dog. If you hold its nose directly under your chin, it will probably reach the base or middle of your belly. And it's fluffy and substantial enough to give you plenty to hug. On good days it just chills on my lap while I do homework so that I have it close if school is giving me a mental breakdown again. Or I lay my head on it when I'm watching a show. It's shaped nicely enough that I hug it to sleep, kinda like a mini body pillow. On bad days I just hug it real tight and seems to be holding on real nice so far. One of my main concerns was how to wash it, because if I'm going to be crying/drooling into it, I have to make sure it stays clean. I think I can machine-wash it with light colors; haven't tried yet. I'll let you know how it goes. [Edit April 2020: it washes beautifully. Place it inside a pillowcase then throw in the machine. Big ol' dog coming in real handy right now while self-isolating] I searched Amazon specifically for a plush I could hold when I'm sad, so the massive teardrop didn't bother me that much. Just be aware of it, in case you want to gift it during a happy event. There are little beads in the ears to give them some weight, and I do like to play with them. Soothing. Eyes and tear are embroidered/stitched on. Nose is big and boop-able. I am a 26 year old woman and I love my stuffed dog, shut up. Get your own.
