What guarantees are there that this is not a knockoff? i’ve seen some of the reviews that say some of these are type 1’s or knockoffs from china.

I ordered one of these from Amazon and it turned out to be a knockoff. It's been weeks since I returned it to Amazon and still no refund. These are not real. Wrote a review here, but I think Amazon keeps deleting it. Better off getting from your local retailer.

Will this “drop in” to a Sig Saur 226 Legion, which has a slide that is pre-milled for a reflex sight (like Sigs Romeo 01)?

No. The RMR has a specific foot print that is milled into the slide or adapter plate. You would need the RMR to Sig adapter plate.

Will this fit glock 21 p80 large frame?

It attaches to the slide not the frame.

Will this fit on a kel- tec ks7 12 gauge picatinny rail

I have no knowledge of kel-tec firearms.
