Sublimated well. First time trying this brand and I'm very happy with it. It was packed well with plastic wrap around each glass and solid foam packing in box. Mugs sublimated well with mug press. Colors are vibrant and mug is very shiny after pressing. Very pleased. Will buy again!

Product was nice but corner mug was broken...assuming it was amazon packing 2 boxes in one plastic bag to deliver and was dropped on the corner
