Unpretentious Japonica Black Rice, 1 Gallon, Good Source of Fiber, Nutty Flavor

Love this product. I make wild rice cranberry bread. Wild rice in the stores are hard to find and comes in 8-12 oz pkgs. To small amount and too costly. I found this rice for my mom’s baking. Her comment was it turned her bread dough purple. It does have a coloring to it when cooked.I loved the rice so much I ordered my own for my wild rice cranberry bread making. I have a product that is called “can cooker” and I cook my rice in that. It takes no time and I cool the rice when it’s done to make my bread. Any leftover rice is eaten with the meal the day I cook the rice. It’s bland w no salt but it’s delicious no matter how you prep it. Just the purple coloring when cooked is noticed.Will be my go-to rice product. Very delicious. Great pricing for the huge bucket it comes in. Love the bucket which can be recycled for any use in your household.
