Beard Trimmer

Excellent trimmer! Great Customer service I needed a couple extra combs. Scott was gracious to send me a few and no charge. Excellent product.!

I love this product and use it every day to keep my beard under control. All the attachments are useful and keep everything clean and trimmed. I almost bought another brand but I lucked out after doing research and finding this product getting positive reviews. My son has another brand and complains bout how hard it is to clean and keep up. You can't go wrong with this kit!!

Update: After posting the below review, I reached out to the company via their website's general email on a Saturday morning. Within an hour, I received a response from the owner that I'd be receiving a replacement guard at no charge and it's in the mail as I type this. I really don't know what more I could have asked other than for him to hand deliver the package to me! Original Review: I've bought the trimmer on Jan 2nd and on Aug. 28th the guard broke. For the past 8 months it's been the best trimmer I've ever owned... and I've gone through a lot of them. The best feature is the battery life. I trim my short beard every 3-4 days and I charged the clippers every 6-8 weeks. With the battery life digitally displayed, there's no fear that it'll run out while I'm traveling for work. I typically didn't even pack the charger. I would highly suggest that a more protective travel pouch be provided. The guard broke in their pouch inside my checked baggage and I'm afraid the clippers are now useless to me. I love the trimmer, but can't find a replacement guard. I would highly recommend this product for home, but definitely not travel.

I bought this in February 2022. 1 year later, it no longer works. It wont even turn on. Started flashing a Heart symbol 2-3 months ago, but eventually would turn on. Now, it won't even turn on. Just starts flashing that heart symbol for 1/2 to 1 second. Also, doesn't trim facial hair close enough unless using the the actual shaver piece, which doesnt allow for accurate and precise trimming. Due to it malfunctioning in less than 1 year, I do not recommend this product. I have other trimmers that I've had for many years which work better and they cost less. Update: after writing the above review, the owner found me on Linked-In and quickly replaced the product and stayed in contact with me until I received it. Great customer service from the top of the company. A+

After long use, it's still functionable but the battery is limited i keep it for beard trimming/detailing only now, there is better in the market now than 5 years ago.

My unit stopped working after 2 1/2 years of use. Started showing a heart symbol and would not turn on. I contacted My Perfect Goatee to see if there was a reset or something I had to do. Scott replied no there is not, but could you provide me when and where you bought the item? I sent him a copy of my Amazon purchase date. Like I mentioned before it was over 2 1/2 years old. I wasn’t asking or expecting for a replacement due to its age. Scott is actually the one who volunteered for $20, which included shipping and handling, to replace the item. I was almost embarrassed/guilty to accept this incredible offer. I was very appreciative of Scott’s effort and a replacement is on the way. Outstanding customer service.!

Great shaver and good attachments but it quit working and wont turn on. Fully charged and nothing. Not worth the 80$

I felt compelled to write this review,I normally don’t review products I believe the last review I wrote was for the first pair of these I purchased about Three years ago and until about a week ago they worked as well as they did the day I purchased them however my two Sons now use them as well and after being dropped onto a very hard tile floor more than once they finally stopped working so as I said I have had such fantastic luck with this product I just purchased a second pair. But then I started rereading the reviews plus the fact that in my first review I said I probably would be happily using them five years down the road so I reached out to Scott the owner of My Perfect Goatee he asked me for my address and the model number (it took all of one hour to return my e-mail at 9:00 pm) and he sent me a brand new set didn’t even ask for old Trimmer’s or shipping/handling and get this it took one day like there Trimmer’s there Customer Service is second to none and this isn’t my first rodeo I have been buying Trimmer’s since the early eighties THANK YOU SCOTT AND “MY PERFECT GOATEE“ ✌️😎😎😎

I have had this trimmer for a year. At first it was a great trimmer. Battery reads 100 but after about 15mins the battery completely drains. Will definitely not last years and years as stated in the description. I have been shaving my head and face for over 30 years and have gone through countless trimmers phillips, gillette... these brands do not compare to this trimmer (My perfect goatee)and the service and Personal responsibility the company takes to insure...

Gave for a Xmas gift and my husband is super happy with it and all the smaller attachments!

I did not rate the battery life as in my case, for a year the battery life was excellent but then would not hold a charge for more than a minute or two. What I can say however is that customer service, for replacing the trimmer because of that issue, was extremely courteous and speedy, as I promptly received a replacement, at no charge, once I reported the issue to the manufacturer. I am very happy with how MyPerfectGoatee handled the battery issue. The rest of trimmer itself is amazing, with a good variety of heads for different trimming needs.

I was looking for a kit to look after my first goatee ,and this works just the way I wanted .Simple to use with all the items needed to look after my new goatee.
