Delicious cheese, kind of smokey flavor and very good texture. I don't know why they made a big deal about it being gluten free or keto or Paleo...I mean all cheese is. I will buy this again, cause it's tasty! A decent price too

Cheese is very good but pricey.
Really the only bad thing I can say about this cheese is that it is expensive to buy this way. Even when you buy a package deal with multiple varieties the price is a little high, although it is slightly cheaper when bought in bulk. I've had a few of the varieties including cheddar, sharp cheddar, and pepper jack types. They were all good. I'd like to try more flavors. The cheese is creamy and flavorful. You can tell it's real cheese and not all oil and whey fillers with cheese flavoring like some cheese on the market. I used most of this sharp cheddar block for cheese and crackers. Over the Holidays I had a cheese and cracker plate with a variety of crackers and cheeses as well as summer sausage. This cheese tasted great for that and it was also good on its own as cheese sticks.

I threw this away
Very disappointed in this product. It did not have any garlic flavor and that is why I bought it. It did not even taste good so I threw 2 packages away, which had cost me about $20.

Good flavor, good times.
Creamy, buttery, smoked salty and mild. Just the right amount of chew, not to sharp. It's a great value for a shipped to your door cheese. Perfect for sampling, or pairing and sharing.
