Psoas Stretcher

I ordered this because my hips are extremely tight, as well as my low back. I've also dealt with feet issues (plantar fasciitis) for months now, along with hip and low back pain. After doing a ton of reading, I've come to realize that I may or may not have extremely tight or injured psoas muscles, which can cause your pelvis to tilt and can be a contributing factor to plantar fasciitis.I received this yesterday and used immediately. I went to bed for the first time last night feeling my back muscles relaxed for the first time in a long time. I have an appointment with a sports medicine doctor today, but I intend to continue using this daily to work on my sore, tight muscles. I am hopeful that using this with physical therapy with rehab all of my issues. For the record, I used this on my psoas, low back, glutes, and hamstrings. If your muscles are tight it will be painful, but so worth it.
