GOOD - I am very pleased and happy with this product. Krisdonia (Shenzhen Tech. Corp.) has liberated me and made me feel free to sit for hours at outdoor coffee shops and indoor mall seating by the fountain. I get my laptop battery charged plus many MORE hours from the Krisdonia. I am using an Acer Aspire 5 (A515-43-R19L). Krisdonia is a really good equipment! Operating this battery is very simple, but the directions must be followed EXACTLY for success using it. Directions say turn ON by holding down front button for 2 seconds - needs to be 3 seconds to hold down and turn ON and then one changes the voltage selection by rapidly pressing the same front button two times ("double click") and then 2 times again for the next voltage level selection until one has the correct setting for your device - I also use the Krisdonia for cell phone charging and recharging u. s. b. bicycle lights. When finished charging devices one should hold down the same front button 3 seconds to turn Krisdonia OFF. The Krisdonia is very attractive in black and elegantly minimal. The older technology of the Krisdonia makes it about 3 lbs., but that is why it is affordable. The so called "pass through" charge meaning charging the device, using the Krisdonia plugged into an outlet while simultaneously using the device, may or may NOT work. The directions say if Krisdonia automatically shuts off, then this will mean that it is telling you: "pass through" will not work. I cannot do this pass through - the light on front and the Krisdonia itself just turn off. However, I can plug the CHARGED Krisdonia into the laptop WITHOUT having the Krisdonia plugged into a wall outlet and charge the laptop WHILE using the laptop. In other words- - I have to unplug the KRISDONIA from the wall outlet before I can connect to the devices for charging them while using these devices. For those, like myself, who do not know what "voltage" means -here's a tip not to worry: if you set the voltage too low nothing will happen. It just will not go on and no electricity goes through. If you set the voltage too high, it will only put the right amount in without causing harm. In other words the higher voltage amount will be reduced to the voltage needed by the item being charged. It will not burn or explode. Incidentally, I charge my bicycle rechargeable lights and smartphone also-works fabulous! I am able to use the Krisdonia and connect it to my laptop with only one simple cord provided - real simple! Charging Krisdonia takes approx. 3-4 hours and will read out a digital % number as it charges and reaches 100%, but it can also be partially charged like if you are in a hurry possibly use it when it says 47% and then that takes about 1 more hour to reach 100%.

I recently purchased this laptop power bank and used while traveling. This laptop power bank works perfectly! On a full charge, I can recharge my laptop about 4 times without any issues, which is very convenient when I’m traveling. The battery life is excellent, and the quality feels reliable. It’s definitely worth the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable power bank for their laptop. I’m very satisfied with this purchase, and it fully meets the purpose I bought it for.

I love this battery pack but have purchased a different brand (MaxOAK) for the purpose I originally bought this Krisdonia for. The power capacity of the Krisdonia is excellent and the selection of connectors which is included covers most common laptop connectors so this can recharge a wide variety of laptops, provided the laptop doesn't require more power output than this can provide. The 3 USB connections (2 USB-A and one USB-C) provide great flexibility. The only slight irritant I found is that when using the cable to power or charge a laptop we have to re-select the proper voltage output each time -- it doesn't remember what we had selected the previous time, which means that we need to adjust that BEFORE connecting to a laptop (or other device we want to power with this). This is such a minor irritation that I still give this unit 5 stars. Its large number of possible voltage settings means that this Krisdonia unit can be used on a very wide variety of devices. Combine that with the selection of connectors and it's easy to see how flexible this unit is. The USB ports all provide 5 volts (the USB standard) at up to 2.4amps when required (to power a MAC laptop you can't use the USB-C port, you need to use the adjustable power port with the correct connector for the MAC). The USB-C (5V, 2.4A) is great for powering an iPad or other tablet or an iPhone. Like all such large-capacity battery units it takes a long time to fully charge when it arrives as well as to fully re-charge after use. This is a great travel companion for those times such as camping or hiking when you won't be near AC outlets and don't want to be stranded without being able to recharge your devices.

La batterie de mon iPad était en fin de vie. La batterie externe m’a permis de prolonger son utilisation et pouvoir me déplacer avec ma tablette. Je ne pourrais plus m’en passer en voyage. Je n’ai plus à m’inquiéter du niveau de pile de mes appareils.

Battery life is amazing, it lasts so long. I’m powering my field recorder (zoom f8n) with this and I recorded for half day continuously and it still has 91% power. I also liked the items included in the package. You have a number of adopters so that you can use the power bank with almost any kind of device. In relation to power, this is the best equipment I have ever bought!

Good product.

Product does not work as advertised... And mine has something loose in it. Does not charge my Dell XPS15 via usb c, does not even charge my Dell XPS13 via usb-c or usb. Doesn't even charge my power banks at high speed... Vendor expects me to pay return shipping even though the product is falsely advertised and is defective as well. Have contacted Amazon and they will deal with the vendor. Do not recommend buying anything from this vendor... Very dishonest. Amazon refunded me in full and product is going into the trash as soon as I remove the battery inside... Total junk Don't believe the reviews you see on this item.
