Great box cutters to leave wherever you need them for under $1.50 each
At under $1.50 each these are great box cutters. When they dull you can break off a small section of the pre-scored blade for a new sharp edge just like the regular expensive box cutters. I leave a few in the house and a few in the garage so I always have a box cutter handy when I need one.

Great Deal and Very Sharp!
Got so tired of my traditional box cutter not doing the job as the blade would get dull and almost impossible to find correct blades to replace it. Came across this box set and liked the idea of being able to snap off blades as it got too dull. Plus so many cutters came in the box for such a low price. Well I am so happy with them! Not only is it strong, very sharp, but used it many times and still haven't needed to snap off for new blade. Box is lifetime worth!

They’re ok, good for the price
I have one of these from work that is fine but I needed to do some projects and didn’t want to ruin it. Ordered a box of these. Smaller than I expected, they’re not like the ones we use in the warehouse, but probably cost a lot less. As good as anything at the price level. I used it to cut insulating foam and trim some panels and stuff with no issue. They lock well and have a decent blade. With the handle was a little wider and heavier. Overall ok. I read a lot of reviews and don’t expect these to be worse or better than anything in this size.

Still My Favorite
UPDATE: 02/09/20 I went astray and bought another brand that looked the same. They lured me with a few cents cheaper per knife and free refill blades. The handles are absolutely identical. The blades however are 50% thicker and don’t cut cardboard nearly as well. Swallowed my pride and ordered more Tape Kings. And yes, the blades on them are still thin. The #1 granddaughter made me do it. I was perfectly happy cutting up Amazon boxes with my finely honed Ganzo pocket knife but she said I really needed a box cutter or two and this is the result. I ordered four different ones. Some very inexpensive, some a little more. I've tried all four and this is my personal opinion. Details are in the same order as the items show in the picture from top to bottom. 1 - DOWELL Utility Knife And Three Extra Blades - $7.99 with free Prime shipping Heavier and more complex than the other three. Metal liner that holds the blade in use plus spares. No set it yourself lock but it does lock in position automatically. The blades included are thicker - 0.41mm - than some of the others. It takes noticably more effort to slice cardboard with the thicker blade. Bottom Line - A bit too sophisticated for a box cutter. Overly expensive to be disposable. Might be worth it if you use it all day. Four stars for those that like to play with their tools. 2 - ORIENTOOLS Lightweight Utility Knife - $6.53 with free Prime Shipping for a set of four - Two large (18mm blades) and two small (9mm blades). I only tried the 18mm blades. Manual lock not automatic like the DOWELL. It does lock firmly but it's pretty easy to hit the sliding lock and have it unlock. Also it's a 0.41mm thick blade that takes more effort. Very light. No ridges on the top and bottom to give you a firm grasp. Doesn't come with extra blades but the rear cap pulls off and I believe you could store one or two in there. My least favorite of the bunch. Two stars 3 - Darice Retractable Razor Knife Set - $2.43 shipped as an add-on item for three knives; one 18mm and two 9mm. The package mine came in was labeled as Crafters Toolbox. Very similar to the ORIENTOOLS except there are ridges or serrations on the top and bottom that give a better grip. Also, the blade is thinner at 0.33mm which makes slicing cardboard a bit easier. If the 18mm knife ws available separately for 1/3 the price it would be a contender at 80 cents. Three stars. 4 - Tape King Utility Knife 12 Pack - $11.99 with free Prime shipping. These look like what the Darice and ORIENTOOLS were trying to be. Very light but the serrations on top and bottom are sharp providing a good grip. Thin blade at 0.33mm cuts easily. Locks firmly but again it's easy to inadvertently unlock it No blade changing although you could if you wanted. $1 each makes them disposable. My favorite of them all. Five stars.

Why did I wait so long to have a box cutter in every room?!
Seems to me that these days every house has a shipping and receiving department by the front door. This makes all of that work of opening and collapsing boxes and deflating are pouches so much simpler, and they seem to come in handy almost everyday in every room, whether it's for cutting off clothing tags in the bedroom or opening a food package in the kitchen or trimming materials in the project room. There's one in the car too. They're so inexpensive and lightweight, and they have a nice little safety latch on them to keep the blade from extending without your permission, so why not have one everywhere you might need one?

Handy and a great value
These are great for small jobs around the house and farm. We use them all the time. They aren't for super heavy stuff but work good on hay twine, opening feed sacks, opening cardboard boxes and whatever else I think they might work on. I am a repeat buyer.

Not really what I was looking for
I was looking to replace a DeWalt box cutter that I used very frequently. When I found this, it looked too cheap to be any good, but all the reviews said otherwise. Very quickly after using these knives, it was evident that they only cost about $1 each. They definitely work, they are sharp and sturdy enough for light work, but I now realize they are really just made to be disposable. They feel really cheap, thin, and uncomfortably light. These knives are so light that it feels like nothing is in your hand, which makes them harder to control. I'll keep em around for opening boxes or cutting tape, but I would definitely not use this for any projects that require repeated cuts, precision, or take more than 5 minutes. I eventually decided to pay the extra $4 for a more substantial metal knife, which I'm much happier using.

Sharp and great to have a bunch of them
The only problem was that it was hard to break off the blades. Otherwise, the locks worked and the blades were sharp.

We’re constantly ‘misplacing’ cutters around the house. This pack makes that almost an impossibility! Decent blades in a comfortable handle.

They are as good as any other box cutter. Quick delivery. I will buy again.

They aren’t super heavy duty but work for what I use them for

Great to have a box of these blades. I think they are comparable to the dollar store brand. I like the little locking device attached to the blade. Would recommend buying these.

I wasn't expecting knives that sharp for the price. Build quality is good and I like the locking mecanism. Very satisfied with my purchase.
