These are so convenient. A quick, easy way to get some added protein. Just add hot water and you have a single serving of delicious broth.

I was a huge fan of the chicken flavor, delicious. I drink all of them. However, this ramen flavor… absolutely disgusting. It smells equivalent to dog food. I don’t know why. I couldn’t continue to drink it. I am highly upset because I could’ve just bought another chicken pack. If I can’t get a return I may have to force myself to drink these just so they don’t waste :(((. Highly upset.

This is delicious and a great way to get 10g of protein without needing to make a meal. I love starting my day with these before coffee- getting the protein and collagen into my system to get me going. I have recommended these to many people and are great for travel too!

The taste isn't as great as I expected (it's strong!), and it can get a little gelatinous even when mixed with double the recommended amount of water. I would mix it with regular broth if you're looking for a flavor and texture like regular soup broth. The health benefits of the added collagen is great, though! I've noticed quicker muscle recovery and healing in old injuries since I've started taking the broth and lemonade mix.

The flavor is excellent

These are really handy and I like the ease of using, but I thought the flavor was "meh" and it had a weird after taste - sort of metallic. Good to use when you want an extra protein punch, and good to take on backpacking trips.

Real nasty flavor. And smell. I imagined my love of ramen, but healthy, without the carby noodles. In reality, it stinks and tastes terrible.
