Great addition to my doorbell cam which allows me to angle it so now it can see packages and the entry stairs. Great instructions and all the necessary hardware we're included.

It works great. It does exactly what it says it does.

SETTING: Our doorbell is about i8" to the left of the front door, mounted in the plaster about 48" above a mulch-lined planter, just to give you a picture of what we were dealing with.ON THE SURFACE: Great German EngineeringAPPLICATION: The angle set screws are BEYOND difficult to insert - what were they thinking?They tell you to use a magnetic-tipped screwdriver. HDPO didn't have them but we found them elsewhere: Useless!After spending an inordinate time trying to insert the top screw with my wife holding a metal towel-lined salad bowl beneath to catch a falling screw we gave up.Tried putting a piece of scotch tape around the screw and upper part of the screw. After multiple frustrating attempts, finally got the top one started, but we could see what we were doing there. The bottom one was another story – keep reading...Now the contortion part begins...This %^&* little screw was determined to either spur our creativity or break up our marriage of 31 years! Because of our ages (upper 70s) we were challenged as to who would be flexible enough to crawl under the doorbell, look up and try to insert a wiggly tiny screw into a barely visible hole (with a focused flashlight held on it); she was "appointed" (anointed?) for the task.The scotch tape thing just didn't work from beneath – too wiggly. But a clever husband had just bought some super glue gel and literally affixed the tiny screw to the blade of the tiny phillips screwdriver and let it set for a few minutes. That was the best thing we did in the whole process as it created a solid joint between screwdriver and screw – and us.After a half-dozen moaning tries she got the screw into the hole, became the heroine of the day, and we hope to live happily ever after!May the force be with you...=======Seriously, folks, this thing is well engineered but it's difficult as hell to install those tiny screws. Don't mess with special magnetic screwdrivers - just get some superglue gel and save yourselves the frustration and time we spent.

How to upgrade my Google doorbell and unfortunately Google has changed the aspect ratio of the image of the camera so it's taller and not wider. This is the reason why I needed to buy this so I could angle the camera and get further down my patio so I can see as guest s were coming up to the door.Build quality of this the functionality of it. The easy of installation and good instructions make this a great purchase for your new Google doorbell.
