Smaller than expected but lovely books
Beautiful little board book story's, nice colours and illustrations and short story for bed time. Didn't realise these were going to be smaller than an adult size hand.

Axel Scheffler writes really lovely stories as well as being the brilliant illustrator we all know
A really lovely tiny collection of books to buy for a baby. Small, thick board pages and colourful so they can handle them, chew on them and get tempted to try turning pages. Cheap enough for you not to worry about them treating them this way! Lovely simple rhyming stories, short enough to start reading to a little one who doesn’t understand stories yet, familiar and charming enough to remain a favourite long after they do. I’ve bought these for our 6 month old, who is enjoying starting to have stories, but her older sister had one of these books and loved it till past the age of two. We also love the pip and posy books by axel scheffler, try once they’ve outgrown these, surprisingly appealing for ages 2-4, with lovely simple lessons (eg about being kind to a friend) in each.

Lovely books
My 20 month old has loved these for a couple of months since Christmas. We did go slightly loopy reading them repeatedly he liked them that much! We borrowed Katie the kitten and I was looking for his own copy. I could only find it miniature in this set but actually all the books have been good. I like Lizzie the lamb. The only issue with a set this size is they tend to separate around the house and they don't last very long in the box before being shaken out. I do still have 4 books and intact box after 2 months. There are animal sounds in all the books and lots of lovely illustrations. My toddler spots lots of other things in the background pictures such as a bear in the washing machine. There is a lot of British wildlife in the background such as moles, kingfishers, dragonfly which you can start pointing out if you have to read it repeatedly! They are a good size for travelling we can take one with a toy for the car. The pages sometimes stick from sticky fingers!

The best pocket library for toddlers.
These books are beautiful. They are perfect for little hands to hold. Each animal has a lovely name and you get an idea of what their life is like. The sounds of the words and the choice of words are fabulous. My toddler loves them all but reads Katie the Kitten and Lizzy the lamb more than the others. His favourite line is 'a woof or a growl'. They allow for interaction. The beautiful illustrations are fabulous. They inspire a lot of conversation i.e. the fridge magnets in Katie the kitten and the boat at sea in Lizzy the lamb. They are light so a parent can carry one or two of them in your pocket when going out.

Lovely stories, perfect size!
These books are fantastic for little children, my little boy doesn't get bored of me reading the little stories too him, unfortunately after 5 minutes of him turning the pages the Katie the kitten book has fallen apart, they were only delivered yesterday and only opened 10 minutes ago, I can't figure out how to message the seller and ask for a replacement, but other than that it's a fantastic set

Cute and great value for money
Cute little set of mini book. The stroies rhyme and my baby loves the pictures. He's too young to understand still but will love them as he gets older.
