HOZELOCK - Sprinkler Rotating Plus 254 m²: Spray Sprinkler on Sled for Medium-sized Surfaces (ø 18m): 2 Spray Patterns for Even Coverage Watering [2520P0000]

As you're probably aware, there aren't many reviews for garden sprinklers so it can be a bit of a "black art" getting it right first time. Fortunately that's exactly what happened with this purchase. There are two setting, jets for covering larger areas and what I would term "raindrops" although it's officially spray or mist. The second mode worked best for me, watering both lawn and plants gently but thoroughly. My mains water pressure is awful, but this sprinkler happily spins away at a gentle pace throwing raindrops evenly across a good area. There is no fine adjustment on this model so you need to adjust the spray area using the tap - quite straightforward though. I would definitely recommend this model for small-medium size gardens - the more expensive models are overkill in my opinion. Previously, I was watering manually using a spray gun adaptor - very time consuming, especially with the hot weather we've been having in the UK recently. Now I just need to relocate this sprinkler every 10 mins to completely soak the lawn. Buy it now, you won't be disappointed!

I had to buy this to replace the exact same model, which I dropped and one of the arms broke off. Which was disappointing. I bought the same one as the performance is good and it has a good area of coverage, I'd you use the right setting. I find the other setting has a very small area of coverage so it takes longer to move around the garden and get it all.

I had this product already but my dog took a fancy to it and decided to chew it. So this was a replacement. Working excellently before the dog got hold of it. I knew how good it was so I’ve just replaced it.

It's good, I find it goes a little more up than across, but in terms of working and watering the garden, it does just fine. It has a large coverage and goes the whole width of my garden, so unless you have a timed system, be prepared to maybe get splashed by it as you try and avoid it, but overall it's robust and i'm happy with it.It doesn't catch the immediate meter area around it, so you might need to move it if it need to water something in that area - I noticed this because I use it for the grass, and after a week there was a circle patch of grass right where it was on that hadn't been watered.You'll need the Hozelock Hose End Connector PLUS (12.5mm & 15mm) or similar if you just have a raw hosepipe end, but other than that, it's good to go.

It's cheap, so didn't expect much. There are two settings. The fine one is quite good and gets reasonably even coverage over the area, but it only covers maybe 10m diameter.The other setting has a much courser spray, and covers a bigger diameter, but it only wets the outside of the circle it spins. The rest stays dry. Pretty pointless unless you are going to move it constantly.

I would only buy if you garden is 9x9m or bigger. Mine is 10x10m and its great for that size. You pay for what you get and this is a 'Value' sprinkler.I thought this was great for a medium sized garden like mine that needs wide coverage at a low cost. Its not a top range sprinkler, you pay for what you get (it is plastic), but this is good value and has a wide coverage, It has two features of sprinkler.1 - Standard water sprinkler and does a radius of about 9-10m from the point of the sprinkler2 - a thin spray setting with a very short radius which i haven't usedIf you have a small garden this is not a good sprinkler, as setting 1 will over shoot to the neighbours house and Setting 2 I don't like. So for Medium Gardens it does the job.
