Great pump and superior customer service
The media could not be loaded. I originally ordered the 15-9S pump, thinking I needed the volume for my water heater recirculation system. Forewarned being forearmed, I ordered the BSP (or G) to NPT 3/4" adapters, as I needed 3/4" feed out of the water heater, so I didn't want to use the 3/4" to 1/2" adapters that came with the pump. With the adapters, I had no leaks and no problems, certainly none of the problems that some have reported. I used minimal teflon tape (4 wraps or so), and the rubber gaskets that came with the fittings with no issues. The problem I did run into was the pump was more than I needed. It is rated at 120W at 30L/min, and I felt like the 15-9S was noisy. I could hear it through my garage wall, although my wife could not. With a circulation system that is fully insulated from the water heater through the house and back, all I needed was a trickle, so I decided the 15-6S with the stainless pump and multiple speeds was what I needed.I contacted the ZeroPone customer service and asked if there was a chance I could exchange the 15-9S for the smaller one I wanted, even though I was 4 months from the purchase date. (The extenuating circumstance was I was building a house and it was over 3 months before I could actually run the pump.) Not only did they agree to send me a 15-6S pump, they gave it to me with no return of the 15-9S necessary! It took me a while to get to installing the new pump, but it is whisper quiet and supplies more than enough hot water through the house, now at 40W instead of 120W.As another reviewer noted, there is no off switch, so I installed the pump on a smart plug and I have Alexa turn it on in the morning and off late at night. At 60 feet from the tank, it takes under 8 seconds to get hot water at my guest bathroom sink, and the shower is virtually instantly hot.I wish I could give it 4.5 stars and not 5 (Their customer service deserves 10!) only because the headline description clearly states NPT threads when it is not. Lower in the post of the pump, however, in the Q&A drop-down sections, it clearly states it is BSP threads, but you have to go looking for that information.I highly recommend this pump and this company, with the caveat of needing the correct adapters, also available on Amazon. The adapters can clearly be seen in my photos. The short video is only to give a sense of how quiet this pump is: I cannot hear it at all, although the water movement or my check valves cause a little noise. For the great comfort this little pump gives, at the purchase price and cost to run it, I'll put up with a tiny bit of noise!

Quiet and effective.
I needed an undersink hot water recirculation pump, not for instant hot water, but for freeze protection of some inaccessible water lines. The pump had to be "dumb" so an external temperature control switch could control it and circulate hot water back down the cold water line as needed. The pump is quiet, plenty powerful, and the price was right. The only two issues I ran into:1. One of the two units I ordered was missing the accessories, but a quick return solved that. (With proper return comments so it doesn't get shipped back out to someone else.....)2. I didn't realize there wasn't a backflow check valve in the pump. Adding an external one fixed that. Not the products fault.

This product cost me a lot of money! NOT NPT
So I ordered this product based on the description. It was to replace an old one from a different brand. Well, my plumber came out and when it came time to put it in, it would not fit! This pump does not have three-quarter inch national pipe thread! It has three-quarter inch British standard pipe thread. National pipe thread is tapered, and BSP is a straight thread. Tapered threads are self-sealing and do not need or accommodate a washer. The fact that these come with sealing washers are a dead giveaway. BSP coincidentally is 18 thread per inch just like three-quarter inch NPT, but that’s the only commonality. Again, NPT is tapered and has a 60° thread cut angle with flat tops and valleys. BSP is 55° with rounded tops and valleys. Why does that matter? Because even if BSP was tapered, it would never seal! When I wrote the company about this, they told me I was wrong. When I insisted and found on THEIR website (buried deep in the manufacturers description) that it was in fact BSP, they didn’t even apologize to me. The expense of having a plumber come out twice is much more than the cost of this pump! It's even in the Q&A section, but hidden if you don't click on the question!

Amazing pump for the money!
So my home comes with a hot water circulation system. What this means is that it’s constantly pushing hot water throughout the house in a circular motion through the pipes so that whenever you turn the hot water on a faucet, you have almost instant hot water. The initial pump that was installed when the house was built I presume, we didn’t build the house, was a much smaller pump that was mounted on plastic waterlines that ran down the side of the water heater. The way this was initially gave me nothing but problems with the pipes busting on several occasions. So I decided to give this pump a shot, had to buy a little bit of additional hardware to get it to fit just right, but was able to mount it directly on top of my water heater into my circulation system. Now works perfectly and I’ve not had a problem since. The motor and the pressure it provides are so strong that I actually only use it on the lowest setting because it works so well. The only regret or negative comment I would make, is that I do wish I would’ve went ahead and spent a few more dollars and bought the model that has the stainless steel housing as opposed to iron. I’m sure due to irons rusting nature, the model I purchased is not gonna last quite as long. I suspect the motor will end up outliving the housing. Nevertheless, they’re pretty inexpensive to replace, fairly easy to install, and I would definitely recommend.

The pump works but is difficult to install without leaks
The design of the pump leads to some instalation issues. Both the input and output threaded connections are very short. The body of the mating part must be short to prevent it from hitting the pump housing and preventing a seal between the parts. I tried two different adaptors and had trouble with both. To solve the issue, I used a dremmel tool to remove about 1/4 " of the end of the adaptor to allow it to be turned on enough to create a good seal. It would have been much easier if the manufacturer would recommend an adaptors that would work without modification. The pump has been working fine in my instant hot water system, but the installation was problematic.
