Key Fob Keyless Entry Remote fits GX470 LX470 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 (HYQ1512V)

Took it to the dealership and even they couldn’t get the key fob buttons to program. They did cut the key so it will start the engine but total bummer about the buttons not working. I guess you get what you pay for 😕

Programming was a little difficult but I eventually got it done

This will NOT start your car! I had mine cut and the remote programmed to unlock the doors, that works. However even the dealer could not program the transponder to start the car. WORTHLESS DO NOT BUY. This is on a 2006 LX470, which the ad states will work. Since the key is cut I guess I am stuck with the purchase price + the locksmith charge for cutting.

The key itself is great however mine came with a weak signal when u wanted to unlock/lock the car where i have to be next to the car door the car to recognize

It was received quickly, and I was able to program it by myself.

ordered this key for a 2004 Lexus GX470.Took the key to first local locksmith and the could cut the key but was unable to program the key.Then I took it to Batteries Plus and the had instructions to program it but it didn't work.today I took it to a second locksmith and after programing two other keys for this car they could not program this key. the locksmith informed me that it has no chip inside the key. Total fraud. do not purchase!!!Total fraud. do not purchase!!!Total fraud. do not purchase!!!

I liked everything about it. The price, the fact it was the exact replacement. I removed an old chip from the original fob & placed it in this one. It works great 👍.

The key was able to be cut, and does have a transponder to start the vehicle, but none of the buttons function. It can be used to manually lock/unlock the door and start the vehicle, but was unable to be programmed for remote lock/unlock or panic functions.
