Good choice for it's price
The machine is doing its job for 3 months already and doing it good. But there are some cons about this machine:- there is a smell of something like rubber.- during inboxing I noticed small peace of broken plastic. It is not affecting the workBut for this proce it's good

Great Washing Machine, But Frustrating Installation Process
Iâm happy with the washing machine itselfâit works well and has the usual level of noise youâd expect. However, the installation process was frustrating. Amazon doesnât provide any information about scheduling before purchase. Once you buy it, they email you an appointment, and in my case, it was a week later. I ended up paying extra to get it installed the same day. That part was disappointing, but overall, the product is good.

SPIN : Goes IN and Goes OUT
This is my honest review...the product looks good and zero noise during washing...but the biggest problem is when the last stage where spin starts...this guy will make huge noise (its ok we can adjust that) but this will come out and can't stop this at all..someone needs to hold this to keep this in one place during spinning..then it will start the reverse journey where he goes in....I tried different methods, and even bought few other things to hold the machine at one place..Second, the bottom of the device found as empty (I am not sure its same for all he other achines). I thought if the weight is more the it will be fine..its written in the product as 60kg, but the product seems max 15kg..Anyways I requested for a refund and send the product back and again order another one that is media 10kg , with product weight 75kg..let's cWhy I again selected this brand bcz the look is good and no sound during wash..if its fails again then I will move to some other brand..thanks all..please fix this for getting better customers...

Remove the 4 screws and rubber from the back
Dont forget to remove the 4 screws and rubber from behind.. it restricts the drum/tub ability to absorb the vibration while spinning, causing high vibration and jumping of the washing machine.. i removed it and it solves the problem.. hope this helps

Good budget machine
MAKE SURE 4 BOLTS AT BACK ARE REMOVED. Our installer didn't do this and it nearly wobbled out our front door. Once removed, it seems to be working well and the spin cycle is not loud.

It makes problem at last spin it jumps comes out from its position i am using from one month but I m not I can call media service person or not ,they Wil charge me ????
