My family loves it and i would buy more of this because it is so much healthier than other pastas.
I served this pasta at dinner with a creamy garlic sauce, and no one believed it was low carb! It has a great bite to it, and I love that it’s made with lupin flour, super filling but doesn’t leave you bloated. We’re trying to keep dinners more keto-friendly, and this made it so easy without sacrificing taste or satisfaction.

It's Doable
If you taste it alone, it taste horrific. But once you add your meat sauce etc it's pretty neutral and it will definitely work. I would buy it again

This pasta is a fantastic low-carb substitute! It’s made with lupin flour, giving it a mild, nutty taste that pairs well with different sauces and seasonings. Not For Me
Maybe I'm not the best customer to review this, as I enjoy traditional pasta. But, I do eat alternatives and always looking for healthy options. I was excited to try this based on the good reviews, and did ... it was absolutely horrible tasting. The worst consistency, mouth feel, flavor, all were about as bad as it gets. I try not to "yuck on anyone's yum", but I tried a bowl of this ... after attempting, I just tossed it out and cooked some traditional pasta. For those of you that like this, bless you ... but for me, it was one of the worst foods I've ever tasted. I most always leave 5-Star reviews - so I try to be honest and balanced, and I am. I also realive taste is the in the taste buds of each consumer, and this stuff generally gets good reviews, but .... IMHO, ewwwwwww.

Best bean-based pasta I've had so far
I didn't expect this to be just like "normal" pasta, so I could appreciate it for what it is. It's a high protein, high fiber low net carb pasta alternative. It is very pasta-like, and it's easy to cook. Some alternative pastas that have a very narrow threshold between uncooked and mushy, but Kaizen is easy to get right. It's a little stickier (maybe?) than regular pasta. It tastes great-again as long as you are not expecting it to taste exactly like pasta you can appreciate it. And also I find myself not interested in binging like I sometimes do with pasta. I get four actual meals out of a 4-serving box. It's satisfying without making me regretfully full. It's a great addition to a low carb, gluten-free diet.

This is Delicious
This pasta is EXPENSIVE but so worth it for the taste. I have multiple food allergies and this is by far the best tasting; no wheat, no egg, no dairy pasta I've ever eaten. It is so close to regular pasta I can see me having this for a treat. Add to that the low-glycemic index and this stuff is a hit.BUT, besides the expense eat this with moderation. It gave me the WORST gas I have ever experienced hands down. The gas and bloating was so bad it was painful. When I have this again, I'll be sure to take some Gas X.

Great alternative
Tastes great, best pasta alternative I've found and the macronutrients are too good to be true! Definitely recommend and the texture is similar as well.

These are like regular wheat pasta!
As a pre-diabetic, I can't eat regular pasta any more. Until I found these, I just hadn't been bothering with pasta because it all has bad texture. The last one I tried in a pho mix was like chewing rubber bands. These are pretty much what I'm used to. I just wish they weren't so expensive!
