I think im being stupid but are these the same as abec5? whats the diffence ?

Hello, these bearings are Skate Rated and not ABEC rated as the ABEC rating isn't an accurate way of measuring quality for a skateboard bearing. For more information please see http://bonesbearings.com/support/abec/

How many bearings are in the box?

Hello,This is an 8 pack of bearings. Please, let us know if you need anything else! Thanks,Customer Service

Are there 4 spacers also in the box?

Thank you for your interest! This listing does not include spacers.

Can I use these in my ventro pro and rookie quad skates at all?

Hi, The Bones Bearings are standard skateboard bearings. I'm sorry but honestly I don't know if you can use these for your skates. depends on the wheels inside diameter and the thickness of your skates trucks. Moreover, remember that the package includes 8 bearings, 2 for each skateboard wheel, maybe for skates you would need 2 packs. I'm sorry for can't be more helpful. Thank you. Bests. Anuska Sandroni
