I bought two of these for my husband and I (one in Midnight Black and one in Baby Blue), and they exceeded every expectation I had for a pill organizer. I like this pill organizer. It is remarkable better than the plastic container I was using. It is a little stiff to unscrew, mainly from the top piece, but is very secure and looks much nicer in my purse. You can remove pieces to reduce the overall length. Each compartment is pretty large and holds plenty of pills for your day. I included a photo for an idea of the volume. The manufacturer claims it can withstand a car running over it, but I haven't wanted to test that.

Love this pill organizer. Purchased the pink one. The color is just as shown. It is very sturdy. Fits all my meds just right. Stands on it’s own (which does not matter if it didn’t) just wanted to clarify in case it’s important for anyone. It’s the perfect size, fits in your purse or carry on bag. Very well made, but not heavy if you plan to pack it in your purse.

I bought this, because I've been using those cheap plastic pill cases forever, and I really dislike them. They only spring open fully for a month or so until the plastic joints start to weaken; they pop open accidentally in drawers and suitcases, spewing supplements all over, and if they get splashed with water, they provide zero protection from moisture. And honestly, this case, this is a great pill case. each day's case has fine threads and a rubber gasket that is water tight, and there's no way they're going to open accidentally when jostled around. But alas, the compartments are just too small - at least for me - and the way this case is marketed it's hard to calculate how much room your actually getting. So in the spirit of helping you make a solid decision, here is some info for you: The inner diameter of each compartment is 1.5", and the inner height is .625". That gives you 1.1 cubic inches of storage space for each day. ( (.75"R ^2) * 3.14159 Pi * .625" H ~= 1.1 ci) As a basis for comparison, the compartments in the larger flip-top plastic pill cases give you about 2.7 cubic inches each. (1.25" W x 1.75" D x 1.25" H = 2.73 ci) Anyway, bottom line, this is a really well made case; it looks nice, seems durable and checks all the boxes. But if you're like me and you take lots of supplements - a dozen big capsules and a few smaller ones every day - you're going to need two or you'll find yourself returning it and looking for a bigger one

I used to carry all my medications in a bulky gallon-size Ziploc with the original bottles — it took up way too much space in my carry-on. This capsule organizer is such a space-saver and looks great too. It was easy to open and fill. I unscrewed the first two compartments and was able to fit a couple of days’ worth of pills in each — perfect for packing two weeks’ worth. Some reviews mention the days not lining up after screwing them closed, but mine lined up fine — and honestly, that part doesn’t matter much to me as long as it’s functional. The quality feels solid, the labeling is clear, and the small strap makes it easy to grab. I’m planning to get a second one just for vitamins. Great value and way more organized than my old method!

I love the design and the concept of this and has been by far the best pill organizer I have ever had. With that being said, it has its faults. The threading on these small individual units is very fine so if you don't line it up just right it is very difficult to screw them together. They have started to get a little bit sticky and most recently I have been absolutely unable to screw two of the units apart I had tap it on the countertop top, tap around the perimeter of it, etc for a good 10 minutes finally got it apart and now it won't screw back together because now there's a slight dent and because of the threads are so fine on this it has deemed the whole unit non-functional. This is such a bummer! I don't want to buy another stupid pill organizer again but now I'm going to have to. I wish this unit was larger with larger threads and it would be indestructible. If you travel a ton and this thing will get banged around - I don't recommend it.

I love it!!!! Very durable and compact enough to fit into my small purse. It spacious enough to hold all my vitamins and it closes tightly so that I don’t have to worry about it spilling.

Nice, compact design and travels well. Good to hold several pill sizes in each day. Fits in your hand easily, smooth and not bulky at all.
