Excellent contact cleaner
Very expensive for the amount you get but works great on PCB connectors, charging cables. You only need a small amount, should last a good while.

Does what it claims to do
Magic cleaning action on oxydized contacts. Best used as a 5% dilution in isopropylic alcohol. When possible, wipe contacts after application. Great for electronics (computer, audio, hifi). Give it a chance before tossing old equipment.

Great to have deoxIT in small size applicator
Great just what I was looking for, very handy size for delivering very small amounts of DeoxIT.

Seems awfully expensive for a little tube, but then it did rescue my ear buds.

DeoxIt cures battery leakage
My Nikon flash had stopped working, my fault I had left batteries in the flash. Yes I know "school boy error" my next step was to go online and visit some forums sure enough DeoxIt was recommended. I applied firstly to the contacts which showed clear signs of leakage from the batteries, no joy flash still did not work, I reapplied, but this time to all contact points, left for a couple of hours and sure enough flash works like new. Would highly recommend

Caig DeoxIT Contact Cleaning Fluid
Caig DeoxIT contact cleaning fluid is a speciality cleaner designed for the removal of oxidation products from the surface of fine electrical contacts and small connectors, e.g. computer circuit boards, ribbon connectors. The metals most often used in these applications are: gold, silver, rhodium, copper, bronze, nickel, etc. Caig DeoxIT is primarily intended for very low current applications (micro-amps thru' milli-amps). There are a different range of metal cleaning products for higher current applications, e.g. WD40, Silvo, Brasso. Caig DeoxIT is not intended for applications where oxidation (corrosion) is already well advanced. Highly recommended.

It just works! Very little goes a long way!

Visibly dissolves the oxidation. Then you start cleaning the contacts and the cotton buds come back all tarnished with removed substance. After cleaning I wiped everything with IPA.

Es perfecto y justo lo que necesitaba. Me ha ayudado a devolver a la vida varias consolas retro, mandos y cartuchos de juegos que daba por perdidos por culpa de la suciedad y oxido de los contactos que no se iba con nada. Ahora funcionan casi como el primer dia. Lo recomiendo 100%.
