Girls Bike Shorts, Super Soft Cotton Modal Blend with Lace Trim, Jada 3 Pack

So I’ve been purchasing these sets of Lucky & Me Jada shorts for my daughter for at least 3(?) years, many of them, to wear both as regular shorts & underneath dresses. The quality before had been consistently high — they were comfy & cute, held up through tons of washings/wearings; we loved them! This last set was completely different! Out of the packaging (same) I noticed they looked longer, but I didn’t think much of it. However, upon first wearing, it became apparent that a long stretch of the inseam was sewn incorrectly, or never sewn at all! Upon closer inspection, I notice that the lace is different too - it never pilled before after months of wear - it is now pilled after 2 days of light play around the house. It’s really so disappointing when you find a superior product that you’re willing to pay more for, only to have the company “change the formula” & cut quality to save costs. 😐 We’ll be looking for a new brand of bike shorts; my daughter is quite disappointed.

Love them. Soft and comfortable, not too tight, little daughter likes to wear them. Great under dresses and skirts. I plan on ordering more for under school uniform skirts.Update - now have washed several times, and they are still in great shape. These are working really well - 3 year old can manage without help. They fit true to age/size - the 2/3 fits our slender girl. We now have several more for under the uniforms this fall.Update 2- Girl has grown, is now 4 years old, average size. Ordered several 4-5s, and they fit nicely around the waist with a little room in the leg, hitting about an inch or two above the knee. The 2/3's fit more like bike shorts now, and are snug to the leg, hitting about 3-4 inches above the knee. All of them have held up to daily use and abuse under school uniforms and play dresses. They extend the use of our dresses; as girl grows taller, she is still modest. These are a staple in our house. We love them!

I have a skinny daughter. she's 6 and wears size 7/8 for length. Anyway, I ordered based on her size (7/8) and the shorts fit but are loose around the legs. I don't know yet if they'll shrink over time in the dryer, we'll see! But yeah we like these as a shorts alternative for a girl who lives in leggings in the winter!

I bought these shorts for my 2 year old to wear under her 12 month and 18 months dresses that are getting just a little small but still cute on her (my husband complains they are too short even when she's wearing traditional bloomers)Unfortunately they do not fit her at all. The sizing seems off, because even though she's small for her age (wears 18 month and sometimes 24 month clothes) they are ridiculously big. They land mid calf on her and are super baggy. I tried them on my 6 year old (who is also small, wears mostly 4T) and they fit her well enough that we are keeping them for her. I asked if she wanted to size up and she said they are comfortable.The fabric and construction are nice. High cotton content, very stretchy and also very soft. I love the lace detail on the bottom. They are quite a bit longer than other play shorts. Pictured is my 6 year old in the 2/3 T

These shorts are the bomb. My daughter is 3.5 yrs old but small for her age so the 2-3 fit perfectly. She has decided that she only wants to wear skirts or dresses so these are perfect undershorts for her. The lace makes them dressy enough to go under church dresses, but the colors you can get make them casual enough to go with play clothes. They are thick enough that they could be used as underwear, but not so tight that she can't wear undies under them if she wants. She wears them everyday -even under her nightgowns. She can run, jump on the trampoline, hang upside down etc and they don't fall down or bunch up on her legs. I can't say enough good things about them.

I first bought these for my daughter when she started Tball to wear under her white baseball pants and they work great! She wears them over underwear and you cant see any bright colors or visible patterns underneath them which is just what I was looking for. She did have to get used to the lace, at first they were a little itchy to her but after the first or second time she wasn't bothered by it at all. I think the lace makes a nice look for whatever is underneath. The quality is great, they are soft and made well. The lace hasn't even ripped with my active girl!She now wears these under dresses all the time and I love that she can wear any outfit of her choosing and still play a be a kid without accidentally showing her undies to others. The quality is wonderful, they are really durable yet soft and comfortable. At first I thought these were expensive but when I actually started compare shopping most bike shorts-when buying three-are actually more expensive. So you can get three awesome quality shorts, which are longer than any other short I've been able to find, for the price of basic cheap itchy ones. You really cant go wrong with this purchase. I may even get more colors for other options. My daughter doesn't have uniforms but if she did I think these would be essential.My 5yo is about 50lbs and 43 inches tall, usually wears a 6x but I ordered the 7/8 and they fit great. They aren't super tight on her legs(like typical bike shorts, yet) and are a little long, hitting her right above the knee. She will be able to grow into these and wear them a little bit longer which would be nice!

I love these shorts! The lace detail is adorable, they are not seethrough like a lot of brands bike shorts, well made and longer than most which I really like. I could do without the little fish on them but oh well. I purchased the 4/5 and they are definitely a bit loose around the leg but fit nicely in the waist. I could probably size down if I wanted them tight fitting around the leg but, she will grow into them! For reference my daughter is 4.5yo, 42.5” and 40lbs.
