I am wanting to bond .25 inch sheets together to make one inch sheet of plexiglass. Is this what I need.

This product works quite well to plastic weld acrylic (plexiglass) together. Are you hoping to bond the .25" sheets together in order to make a thicker overall sheet? If so, I believe the final product could come out cloudy. This is due to my experience of using too much adhesive it running onto the face of the plastic I am bonding.

Is this a methacrylate adhesive ?

Will this work bonding Polycarbonate to Acrylic?

Probably, but I;m not sure. If you have any of the produce, try on a sample.

Will this bond Corian sheets face to face?

I don't think so, weld on 16 maybe but there has to be better adhesive for the job
