It is not a miracle cream but i have seen significant improvements in the varicose vein. The actual vein is flatter and less noticeable. I plan on using the whole container.

Can you use an electric handheld massager with this?

Yes you can but, be aware that it is a pretty thick paste cream and it absorbs pretty quickly on it's own. The main concern with the massager would be the smell. This stuff has one heck of a funky smell. I can't imagine what it will smell like after the heat of being massaged with the speed and pressure of the electric massager. I can barely cover up the smell after just rubbing it in with my hands. I have tried everything possible to tone down the smell. The benefits are great but, it's a trade off.

will this cover tattoos and will it rub off on clothing?

I don’t see how it would cover tattoos, it actually don’t rub off on your clothes.
