nice quality overpressure valve
I used this as an air pump overpressure valve for my septic pump. Set it at 3 psi (by loosening locknut and turning cap ccw), since my normal operating pressure is 1-2 psi. Will protect pump diaphram if aerator gets clogged. Found that valve would oscillate when releasing pressure, so I added some hysteresis friction by putting some thick silicone grease on the spring and calibrating it horizontally. This slowed down the actuator enough to stop it's rapid oscillating response.

Does its job
I built a camping shower tube out of pvc! I connect a compressor via schrader valve to pressurise the tube so i can use the spray hose! This little guy prevent the seals from exploding by keeping it at the right pressure! Works great! I set my compressor to 15! that way it keeps running while this little says no and bleeds at 9 -10 lbs
