Confessions of an airhostess is an amusing insight into the secrets of life as a cabin crew member. My partner recommended it to me as she's a long-term fan of the author, and it had me laughing by the pool on holiday. It is light reading not to be taken seriously but a good way to pass the time on holidays!

I loved this book, it made me laugh and is very well written. I love when I finish a book with a smile.

I started reading this book and it was alright. By that I mean I could easily put it down and come back to it days later, it didnt hold my attention for too long. However, I ploughed through and it did get a tiny bit better towards the middle until the ending, which I wont spoil by saying what happens, comes along and is just utterly ridiculous. I've never read such nonesense in all my life. I found it silly and a little bit like clutching at straws. Not my cup of tea.

A fun book giving a little insight into life as cabin crew! I was cabin crew myself so that’s why I just had to buy it. It’s a funny read and great for a holiday or to pass the time away maybe on a flight for example!

Really good storyline, surprised as it was my first read of Marisa. Don't wanna give anything away but a shocking twist of tales with loads of humour. Couldn't stop reading with all the cliffhangers.

Speedy delivery, purchased used item but item had dirty marks all down side of item (not advised in description when purchasing). Did not prevent reading but very unattractive and a little off-putting. May have been from a large build up of dust from sitting on a shelf for a prolonged period? Book is an excellent read.

This book was hilarious and I really liked it. The book kept making you want to read more and was so exciting, I could barely stop reading!

A light-hearted romantic comedy, Confessions of an Air Hostess follows the story of Annie, a young air hostess, who finds herself suddenly dumped by her boyfriend via a text message. Annie has no intention to find another man soon, but the handsome Danny is too charming to resist and there is someone else who might make for a better partner. The first-person narrative is swiftly paced, and the plotting is tight. Annie’s relation with her older sister adds emotional depth to the otherwise light, entertaining story. There are plenty of twists and shocking revelations to keep the reader engrossed. Lovers of light romance will be charmed by this entertaining read.

Ich kaufe schon lange die Bücher vom little black dress Verlag, meist entscheide ich mich nach Cover für ein Buch. Diesmal sprach mich mehr der Inhalt an. Annie ist eine waschechte Stewardess und wurde gerade eben von ihrem Freund per SMS über das Ende ihrer Beziehung informiert. Daraufhin ereignen sich diverse Dinge, was letztendlich zu einem Urlaub auf Lanzarote führt, wo sie auf Danny trifft, einen heißen Piloten ihrer eigenen Airline, mit ihm geht es auf und ab, genau wie in ihrem Berufsleben, das zunemend spannender wird. Die Story ist witzig geschrieben, hat auch ihre traurigen Momente, aber sehr viel öfter weint man vor lachen. Nach diesem Buch sieht man Stewardessen niemals wieder wie zuvor...

El libro está bien escrito y es divertido. Habla del día a día de una azafata de vuelo, de las relaciones con compañeros de trabajo y las particularidades de trabajar en un lugar diminuto y dormir cada día en un hotel de un país diferente. Me ha gustado la reflexión sobre lo peligroso que puede ser un pasajero nervioso en un avión que vuela a miles de kilómetros sobre el suelo. Está muy bien reflejada la problemática del protagonista masculino. Lo que me decepcionó fue el final, que no tenía relación con el desarrollo del libro. Es como si un escritor desconocido hubiera sido contratado para escribir cualquier final sin haberse leído previamente el libro. A pesar de ello, el libro me ha gustado y leeré más cosas de la misma autora.

I couldn’t resist a 99 cent romance! This book was worth every penny and more. The author packs a lot of story in an under 200-page e-book. Meet Annie, an air hostess who not only has a great sense of humor but can face all of the jobs little misadventures with a smile. Before her route starts, she finds herself suddenly dumped by her boyfriend, but things may be looking up. Purely by accident – no spoiler - she meets a man who might just fill that position. Of course, there are always some twists and turns along the way, some fun, some dark, but all interesting. But, if there weren’t, it wouldn’t be the great read that it is. If you are looking for a fun weekend read, throw a buck down and enjoy the ride with Annie.

Nice easy read with a good story line, really enjoyed reading whilst i was on holiday, i would recommend to anyone
