Easy to set up and functions well.

Right out of the box, connected to a good battery and motor/pump did not run. Nothing wrong with connection to the battery. I have tried to call vendor, got answering machine saying they were closed and to call back during normal business hours which they did not tell me what normal business hours were on the phone message. Filled out a problem request on Vevor website, we will see what happens next. Will continue with a follow-up review pending that outcome. For now this product gets a 1 for not working right out of the box! Would give it a zero if I could, but I will give customer service a chance to make this right for final rating. Update 2 day 2. Still cannot contact an actual person. Product support is useless. I went through their website filled out problem received a useless solution. They obviously did not read my problem and what I checked already. Now I have to wait another 24 hours for a response. Ridiculous! Tried live chat, also useless, no help from who I chatted with and they said I would have to wait 24 hours for a response. The customer phone number is obviously bogus because I got the same office closed message and to call back during regular business hours message thus time in the middle of the day. DON’T BUY THIS JUNK! Calling Amazon to get my money back.

Worked well with easy installation on my farm diesel tank at a very reasonable price. Replaced the factory unit that failed. About 10 mins to install.

This thing works great! It pumps 10 gallons per minute and operates like a champ.Putting it together was pretty straight forward. I didn't see the in/out markings and originally hooked it up backwards, but it was easy to figure out the problem.Pros: love the pump speed and portability.Cons: The cord to reach the battery was really short. I ended up splicing in an inexpensive set of jumper cables to make them longer. Also, like many people mention, the pump hose is a soft material and it will twist and cinch up pretty easily. You have to pay close attention to it. After my first use, it twisted loose and ended up leaking fuel everywhere.Another con; the hoses come out each side of the pump. This makes it a pain to store when not in use. It's not very convenient at all. The lift hose will always have fuel still in it and will drip. Coiling the hoses is awkward due to their coming out each side of the pump. Combine that with the coiling of power cord and it can be a jumble when trying to store away.Overall, I gave it four stars because it works just like it promised and the price point was very budget friendly. Make it easier to store and it would be a definite five stars.All of that aside, I'd still highly recommend it, and do, to anyone that needs to transfer fuel.

Easy to accemble and works great. The black hose is very flimsy and easily kinked but works good.

Bought this item in January 2024 and my switch has already broke. Confirmed all electrical connections and tested for power and found no problems. Switch will not turn on the pump after about 10 months of use.

This is a real joke for a Pump, Do not buy would be my recommendation. and when I shut it off and hang up the hose in my barn, the extra fuel in the hose runs all over the floor, What a clean up this is every time I use it. and the pump doesn't pump very fast, I went back pouring out of my 5 gal cans with a ventI will end up troughing this whole system in the Trash can, Believe this, it's for Real Tommy in Castle Rock Colo.

Installed it in slip tank wired it up pump worked but as soon as the machine is full, you have to run to the truck try and shut it off before it starts melting, wires, and quits pumping completely. I tried to neither one worked any different

It sure is a lot better than lifting those 5 gallon jugs. Works great .

The pump leaked fuel oil while pumping, therefore it’s a safety concern.
