I've done some research on Amazon here and wilt all that I had to go through reading and whatnot - THIS Emergency trauma kit is exceptionally made, good quality items and packed with a 'pull style' pouch. Nothing compares to this one. You'll spend a tad more, but worth every dime. I've not had to use it as of yet - hoping I never have to, but when that day comes - I'll be ready.

This kit has everything one would need for an emergency situation. The only thing I had to buy separately was an Isrealey rap and tourniquet.Hope I never have to put this in action.

This package come with everything you see and the back is nice and durable. Small enough to fit under your seat or attached to your bug out bag

Overall, the kit looks well put together. Definitely glad I have it, hoping I'll never have to use it.

For the price this is an amazing IFAK. My only gripe about it is the molle system does not have buttons to secure it. I currently have it attached to my gear belt and so far it has stayed secure through 2 weeks of feild training, though I still have my concerns. But if your trying to put your kit together on a budget this will do the trick in terms of having an IFAK.

Was I supposed to receive some type of molle straps? Other wise it seems very well put together and if the day ever comes that I need to use it should be easy to deploy.
