Huge durability and customer service issues. Paddle edge came away from the paddle shortly after warranty expiration. I have bought 6 Joola paddles over the last 18 months but will switch to another company that stands behind their product more than Joola does. Very disappointed and frustrated by their response which was basically throw it away and buy another. Stay away

Purchased in 2023. Solid paddle. Great spin, more than enough power, love the control. Helped raise my game. Helped me win some USA amateur tournaments at level 4.0 (I now play 4.5 level)I recommend it. My next paddle purchase will come towards the end of 2025 - after seeing the reviews on the new Joola pro IV, the CRBN tru-foam gen 3, and 11six24 Vapor Power….

I like it - a lot. It's not the one with the "3" on it, or the "Alfa" label that the USAP is claiming illegal. So that is good. You have to try it to really know if it's for you though. It is for me. I am a 3.7. Ben playing five years now. Like to spin the ball a bit. This does that very well for a while, but gradually loses a good amount of paddle face grip overtime. Erasers just do more harm than good to keep the spin. I quit using them. Wish I could afford to buy one of these paddle every month. As is, I still like it the best right now. It has a very good feel and is the best paddle I have owned, for me. I have owned about 15 paddles so far, and "tried "as least as many. It's a personal thing. Get what YOU like.

Coming back to this every time

I have enjoyed using this paddle so far. It’s powerful and easy to handle. I’ve had to get used to it because my old paddle didn’t have nearly the “pop” this one has. The paddle also seems easy to control which gives it a good combination for pickle ball.
