My office had an older paper cutter, that couldn’t cut anything. I bought this model and we all love it. It is sturdy but light to carry. The blade is sharp and cuts well. We have a whole new attitude towards our paper cutting chores!

The media could not be loaded.  I’ll start with the bad cause it’s that importantEven when locked YOU CAN CUT YOURSELF ON THE BLADE!!! I grabbed it from the bottom on the side with the blade, not a great place but I was in a hurry. It was locked. The blade is still exposed on the bottom. I work out of my home so my work space moves around as do my tools. I have great concern about leaving this around my 9 year old granddaughter even though she knows not to touch it. If it’s in her way (I sometimes work at the same as her to spend time with her) and she grabs it in the wrong place she could be seriously injured.Other very good. It’s sharp, lightweight and cuts clean.

Cuts only one paper at a time

This paper cutter is not like the old really heavy ones, but it still works just fine as long as you don't try to cut too many pages at once, but that goes for most paper cutters anyway. The blade is sharp enough to make a crisp cut through card stock, and the handle locks down for safety, so all in all this is a handy paper cutter for someone who needs it. I'd definitely buy one again.

This cutter is mostly plastic, so it isn’t very sturdy. If you’re going to cut a single piece of paper, it works great. If you’re using it to trim HTV, vinyl or thick paper, it will tear it instead of cutting it.For the price, I will keep it to cut small pieces of paper for crafting. But for my major crafts, I’ll use my Fiskars paper cutter…..that I bought after this.

It is my fault that I ordered a small cutter it wouldn't fit in the mailbox and I am lazy I didn't want to have to go to post office. So... The measurements are not in inches... Not even cm....they are in mm...?! I haven't learned like I know inches. I am a nurse and know all about 10cm. But dang. 25mm =1 inch. I learned that. It just didn't cut what I needed. And...it not the sharpest blade. It will cut a few sheets of paper but not 10. I will use it for you cutting small sections of vinyl but not the larger ones. It could be improved. It did come with a corner punch that rounds out edges of paper at the corner though. Love that.

Works great and cuts well

The handle would not go on the whole way. The lock is not very sturdy which is concerning because my students need to be able to use as well. I tried trimming papers for my bulletin board and I could not get a straight, precise cut. The blade kept trying to slice the guard.
