Good product to hide clutter or create privacy. Be careful if you are approaching the full advertised length of this retractable screen, there’s no extra stretching for another inch or two. Fell 4” short of our total length, luckily, we were able to cut a pressure treated 4x4 as an extension. Also, based on the reviews, we used 3/8 Tapcons for the standalone post instead of the supplied hardware. Looks great, just hope it’s durable and lasts a long time.

This is amazing for gaining the option of privacy when we're out on our deck, but still enjoying the view of the yard when wanted. It's really nice quality, especially for the great price and you can't see through the screen at all! Keep in mind it's meant to attach directly to the house, we didn't really want to do that, so my hubby attached a 4x4 post and bracket to the deck and installed it on that and it's still super solid. So happy we went with this instead of building a privacy wall 🙂

Great product for the price. Works well to provide privacy from our neighbors while on our back deck. Light weight yet quality construction. Allows privacy when wanted and openness when retracted.Two Cons:1). Would be nice to have some openings in the material in case it left extended (open) and excessive wind comes. We kept ours as a privacy screen and forgot to retract it on a day with heavy wind. The fabric was fine but the bolts for the anchor bar pulled out of the PT wood it was secured to.2) It would also be nice to have it open at different lengths. We bought a 12 foot and sometimes we want it extended less than that. It’s either open or retracted. No in between.All in all, good quality product that does what it is intended to do.

I'm so happy with this privacy screen! I live in a townhome and our neighbors are within 3 feet of my back deck on either side. I am finally enjoying my new deck and as soon as I'm able to get the money for another one for the other side I'll be purchasing. The friend that installed it for me said it was easy to install and he was also impressed. Great product!!!

This is a great product that was poorly made. In less than 2 months, the support post was bent at the base. Buyer beware.

The curtain return is very strong, so if you might be opening a lot be sure to hang on. I built a rack to attach it to so I can adjust the width. I use it to hide my carport from the street. Works great.

I love the way this awning works but , the instruction suck bad , I mean the concrete anchors did not have a drill bit size to use so I drilled the hole too big. I spent hours trying to figure how to achoring it down. Also the anchords are cheap dont use them buy your own with the right size drill bit to use. also the wood screws also didnt have a drill bit size to use so the plastic insert spun around and the screw could not be tighten. I had to drill new holes and use the screw without the plastic insert. Manufacture need to make better instruction for installation and better anchors.

The media could not be loaded. This privacy screen was exactly what we needed to block the direct evening sun on our new porch. Keeps the porch cooler and blocks the strong breeze from blowing out my citronella pest control torches. It also prevents fall leaves from blowing onto my porch. No more hot seat on my porch in the evenings.
