I like the simplicity of resting back on this product; it does help my back/hip pain.

Wow!
The moment I laid down my lower back had 2 cracks...like at a chiropractor. It's stiffer or harder than I was expecting, and it's a little uncomfortable, but I think it has to be in order to work properly. Also, it may soften a bit in time. Haven't tried my neck yet.
