Nice, smokey flavour.
Very happy with this. It's got a lovely, smoky flavour with a decent amount of back heat, without being over-powering. Obviously, this is personal to individual taste, but for me the balance between flavour and heat is good. I liked the consistency as well as it's not as firm as a traditional jam, more like a sticky relish. Great on salmon, quiche, fishcakes and plenty of other items. It was packaged well with fast delivery and a reasonable price. Would recommend.
