after i recieved this product it was a easy read on the instructions and it worked very nice. the dual battery and charger was nice to have. its light weight and easy to use

Excellent trimmer at a reasonable price. Easily assembled in minutes right out of the box. Cuts well. I like the telescopic extension pole and the adjustable head angle both of which can be altered in seconds. Possibly a little top heavy when fully extended but the shoulder strap helps balance that out nicely. Battery life was much longer than I expected. Trigger switch and safety switch are easy to handle. The collapsed length is 6’-6” and the fully extended length is 8’-2. Overall, I’m very with this purchase.

When trimmer is extended to the maximum length hard to control because of weight of battery pack. Cuts well even thicker branches. Battery pack good lasts a long time. Must be a better way to handle unit. Will recheck instructions.

Solid tool with adequate power, decent battery life, and reasonable weight. The only negative is that the trigger grip position at the very rear is awkward to hold in extended mode. A solution is to wedge a piece of packing foam into the trigger handle to hold it in the "on" position. This allows the tool to be balanced in both hands like a tightrope walker. It's much easier to maneuver and much less fatiguing in this configuration. It's a versatile tool at a reasonable price--recommended.

It trims my edges so neat and my neighbors are always so amazed when done. It looks like no leaves were cut... awesome tool ,quality good battery life excellent and not noisy.

I took a chance in ordering this. I have never used one! I read the safety directions and used it for the first time on overgrown hedges. It works great and had fun using it! I only have 3 overgrown bushes, so it did not take long. I am very happy with it. No regrets and would order again.

Works great. Finished trimming and still had battery power after 45 minutes of cutting heavy shrubs. Bought an extra battery just in case (on sale). You don't need it. One was enough.

The reason for my purchase was that my old trimmers burned out and the bushes had not been done in 6yrs and when I tried the new ones they cut through like butter and still held a full charge
