NO CUSHIONS
I’d give ZERO STARS but it’s not letting me. Received bench on Saturday, no cushions. Called and was told they’d come Monday or Tuesday. We spent a few hours putting bench together. Monday no cushions Tuesday no cushions. Called back, this time was told there’s been a “delay” and we likely will not be getting them . So now we have to disassemble ,re- box and lug to a UPS store. This has scam written all over it .

Easy assembly; Well made
Well made bench. After a month of use, it is a new favorite spot in the house and has held up well. Great storage.The instructions were clear and easy to follow.Note: the bench and cushions are delivered separately. The bench arrived one day and the cushions arrived the next. There will be 2 tracking numbers.

No cushions
The bench is really nice but it doesn’t include the cushions as advertised.

It says 2 people to build and it means it.
So I decided to try and be a hero and put this together on my own and it took me several breaks a few shots of vodka and maybe some tears. It wasn't....impossible....but that other person would have a made a huge difference. Its very very sturdy and sooo pretty. Fits perfectly in our little dining room.Now the problem:It was supposed to come in 2 separate boxes. One box had the nook the other was supposed to have the pillows and pads. Its been over a week and the second box has not arrived. There are no updates. I called amazon and they were so nice and helpful sadly they couldn't find any info on that package. They took care of me though and I will be attempting to order the pillows and pads separately. I'm giving it an overall 4 star simply because it didn't arrive completed but the product is still really well made and worth the money. I don't believe the missing items will change my opinion just sucks i couldn't get the full effect.

No bench
Twice I have ordered this and all I get is cushions. No bench. Ugh!! I need the seating. Three times now. No Ben he’s. Just cushions. What the heck.
