Good quality

I bought this single 20-lb resistance band to replace one that came as part of a set and broke. This band looks sturdier, although the resistance is the same. The handle attachment looks stronger. (That's where the old one snapped.) The new band arrived in a neat box, with a small strap for using it with a door closure, and a card illustrating several exercises you can do with it. Very good value.

I received the order quickly. I have not used them yet but once inspection they are as described, handles are secure, and resistance was as expected.

They work good, and safe

I bought the 20lb resistance I could have got the 10lb resistance but can work with it. It was already assembled all u do is start excersing.

Not much resistance . If you just want to loosen up it’s ok but not anything I’d recommend

Previously purchased a 'green' Resistance band, I like. I find 'waste' from non elastic parts - metal rings, connection tapes, carbineer's leading to gripping below all this and having it lashing about ones head, not ideal. The close coupled design better, not perfect, but good. A standardized specification system is required to enable buyers to tell will meet their needs. - Some meet full stretch very quickly. Like a shoulder press, where you stand on band and raise both hands above your head. Many wont do this. Buyers on line need a full standard specification to choose correctly.
