These are good! They are chewy not crunchy. I cut them up and throw into my cereal with cinnamon. Love all the dried fruit from this company Herbaila. Love that they don’t add sugar, thank you!

I love the taste and the freshness of the dried apples. The texture is perfect. The dried apples are very moist. The quality of this product is excellent.

These claim to be made with nothing added except apples, but after tasting one, there is one way I believe that to be true. You can't have an apple that's this moist and have good shelf life with absolutely nothing added, nor would an apple taste like this. While I do not have a lab to prove it, I am fairly certain that other ingredients, such as sulfites, have been added to this product. It certainly has an "off" flavor that tastes almost exactly like sulfites in other products, such as dried apricots.In any case, they won't work for the recipes I purchased them for (which require sulfite-free dried apples and thus a much drier texture). What a waste of money!

These dried apples are pretty good, not too sweet. They are a bit rubbery but still easy to chew. The package is large and we'll worth the cost.
