I purchased these to add as X-mas lighting on my Jeep for parades and such. I attached the strip to the body with Alien Tape (good stuff BTW) and then wired it to a 12VDC to 24VDC step-up converter to avoid using an inverter. I had these installed for all of December in 2024 and they never missed a beat. I connected them inline with an LED tree on the roof as well to complete the look. I got tons of compliments as everyone seemed to like them. The strips are well made and should be able to be reused for the 2025 X-mas season.

Works as intended, fun and playful light that gives off a nice ambient lighting. Love the music function. I recommend using the screw provided for longevity as some of the adhesive strips fell off.

the lights work great for the price, they aren’t super bright which doesn’t matter since we use them in a movie room. the red for whatever reason also doesn’t work all the time, not sure why but worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. I liked that these did not have the adhesive, and were totally incased to defuse the lights. First set has a bad connection on the inside of the connector as seen in the video. Got the replacement set, tested and all was well. Then spent the next hour installing the hangars with the smallest screw possible. Not a normal size Philips, this is like a #0 size. I would not wish installing this on my worst enemy as if you have a screw driver this size, it is probably small and is going to kill your hand by time you are done. For a cordless drill you need a long skinny bit holder in order to clear the plastic tabs.Lastly, after installing all the plastic hangars in my daughters room. I was ready to install the lights and be done. Then as seen in the 2 pictures, this was my reward as I unraveled them. They stick to themselves and rip, very easily I might add. I was thinking of getting some of these for outside the house, but after seeing how delicate the "rubber" is, I do not think they would last very long.I am returning these for a refund and have ordered a different brand. Which, if this review is enough to give you second thoughts, be careful as I saw at least 3 other lights, different "brand" names that looked similar, and when looking at the ads. The boxes were 100% the same. I did find a totally different brand, that is cheaper, before the fake deal of 50% off and is 65' in total length. I ordered them and got a 4 year protection for less than these. Not sure they could fare worse than these, but we will see.

Very satisfied with my purchase, would definitely purchase again. Currently using this rope light in my son's bedroom, and he loves it. Great colors, and overall and quality product.

The lights work great. My only complaint was the installation clips were not easy to use due to the hole placement and screw size.
