One of the best things I've ever bought!
I've been wa ting a robot vacuum for a while but my husband didn't think it woukd be worth the money. Eventually decided to get one regardless and spent a long time researching which one to get. I knew I wanted an Eufy, which narrowed it down somewhat, but there were still so many different models! To help narrow the search down further I decided I wasn't bothered abiut having a hybrid one, as the reviews of the 'mop' feature weren't great. Instead, the key features for me were high suction and mapping capabilities, as there were a few places I didn't want it to go (under the sofa, places there are loose cables, etc). I came across the L60, which was cheaper than some of the other models but with the highest suction and mapping. I couldn't find any reviews, and realised this was because it was a relatively new model. Decided to risk it anyway, especially as it had £50 off, making it even cheaper. I've always found Amazon Customer Services great so thought if I experienced any issues I'd be covered. I'm so glad I took the risk, as my title says, it's one of the best things I've bought. Working full time with three young children with extra curricular clubs I find it hard to keep in top of the housework, including vacuuming/sweeping. Eugene, as our Robovac is affectionately known, has been a game changer. I can put him on whenever needed to keep on top of everything. For example, vacuuming the kitchen floor after breakfast whilst we get ready for work and school. It's also helped keep the house tidier generally, as the kids get warned before he wakes up to make sure all their toys are off the floor. Key positive features: - suction is great, I find it picks up really well both on carpet and hard floor. - charge lasts well. I'd say we have an average floor plan and he manages all of the downstairs in one go. - The rotating brushes work well at brushing in debris towards the vac, increasing the amount it picks up from outside of its own circumference. - navigation has been working well so far. The mapping means he is usually quite systematic in his cleaning, something non-mappings models are criticised for. He's only got stuck once or twice, and this was due to him becoming wedged between a step and a basket. - room cleaning: If I only need him to clean certain rooms you can select which one specifically via the app. You can also use this feature to select the order he cleans in (the order you select them in), which I find useful if I know I have some bits to tidy up in one room first, as he can still be making a start on the others. - zone cleaning: using the app you can also create specific zones for him to clean, useful if you need to do some spot cleaning. - no go zones: again using the app you can create no go zones, which I have used for areas where we have exposed cables, and for our fire hearth, for example. - Multifloor mapping allows you to have different maps for each floor in your house. - you can create routines with Alexa to use voice activation. - decent sized waste compartment, although I tend to empty everyday out of habit. Negatives: - not many to be honest! - The Alexa functionality could be better, it's quite limited to turning him on or off. It would be great if you could activate some of the above features via voice control (e.g. Room cleaning). However, I think this is an issue generally with Alexa and Eufy rather than specific to this model. - The robovac creates a map the first time it is used, which is not always accurate in identify where one room starts/ends. Within the app you can amend this by partioning and merging rooms. However, Ive found this function quite hit and miss, with it not allowing me to partion some parts of rooms it has correctly misidentified. Not a massive issue, but it does me when I ask it to clean the living room, I then need to create a zone clean, as it thinks the first part of our living room is our hallway and therefore misses this out in the room clean. Overall, I'm really pleased with the L60 and would thoroughly recommend.

Surprised and Impressed!
I'll be honest: I was a bit skeptical about getting a robot vacuum, but a friend of mine kept insisting I try the eufy L60. I'm so glad I listened! The initial setup was a total breeze. I had it connected to my Wi-Fi and synced with the eufy app in just a few minutes. The interface is intuitive, and I didn't run into any of the "smart home headaches" I was worried about. The cleaning performance is what really blew me away. I wasn't expecting it to be this thorough, but it picks up everything. It handles carpets remarkably well, transitioning from hard floors without losing suction power. I also frequently leverage the multi-floor mapping feature, which works perfectly for the different levels of my home. The only minor "issue" I encountered is that the sensors can get a bit confused by large mirrors (I have floor-to-ceiling mirrors on my wardrobe doors). To fix this, I just had to temporarily cover the bottom of the mirrors while it did the initial mapping. Once the map was saved, I added a no-go line in the app for extra safety, and it hasn't had a problem since! If you're on the fence like I was, take the plunge. It's efficient, smart, and has definitely exceeded my expectations. Total lifesaver!

Quiet, useful mapping, but too tall and dislike the 'voice'.
I previously owned the Eufy 30C 1500Pa Suction, which I've had for almost exactly 5 years before the battery began to fail (would randomly stop during cleaning, 'got stuck' in the middle of an empty area, etc), and decided to upgrade within Eufy to the L60. While it's still a good device, I must say it's an, emotionally, sad upgrade. There are things I enjoyed about the 30c which this lacks, or does differently. I've noted the differences here: - Voice/noise. The 30c simply beeped, whereas this has a musical jingle and an uncanny 'voice'. I'm not a fan of this, so turned the speaker sound down to mute it. That said, i'm really glad the loud starting beep that the 30c did is no longer present. The general cleaning sounds are also much more quiet, with the 30c being akin to a jet engine and this L60, while still being noisy, allows me to hear myself. It turned on while I was in a work meeting, and my co-workers couldn't hear the L60, when they could always hear the 30c. - Brush. The 30c has two brushes, but I've seen no reduction in cleaning ability for this one having just one brush. This definitely makes maintenance easier. - Mapping. This is where the L60 is much better. The ability to map your home and set rooms is excellent. As noted by others, it will travel in 'lines', by first going around the perimeter of a room before going back and forth. For this reason, it's an incredible upgrade, as the 30c would travel randomly and just push crumbs around. The L60 gets the majority of crumbs due to the systematic movements. I moved the docking station to another part of the room, and it was able to re-position the dock on the map without my input, after doing a brief scan to find where it was. - Scheduling. With both 30c and L60, you can schedule times for cleaning. The L60 also allows you to dictate which rooms to clean at that specific time. However, where the 30c allowed me to delete cleaning schedules, the L60 part of the app doesn't. The app lagged when I made a weekend schedule, so I tapped the button again, and now I have two weekend schedules (one active, one inactive) and I can't delete the redundant one. - App convenience. Eufy have a 'Eufy' app (previously Eufy security, I believe) and a 'Eufy clean' app. The 30c required the 'clean' app to be installed, and so i needed two apps in order to control both the hoover and my home cameras. The L60 integrates within the 'Clean' tab of the 'Eufy' app, so I'm able to delete the 'Eufy clean' app and save storage space on my phone. - Height. The 30c wins here. The L60, due to the LIDAR is taller. As such, it can't fit underneath some cabinets that the 30c could, including the hamster cage, and so we now need to move furniture to clean underneath areas which previously we never needed to do. it's also the reason we needed to reposition the dock, as we has the 30c stationed under our TV/entertainment cabinet, and so had to move some furniture around to find a new docking space as the L60 can't fit under there. - Getting stuck. Both the 30c and L60 get stuck on cables etc, so there's no change there. However, where the 30c would get briefly confused by our curtains, and would spin in place until it forced it's way out, the L60 is entirely incapable of dealing with curtains. Once it gets behind a curtain, the LIDAR can't figure out where it is, and so it just stops. It also 'eats' the curtains (ie, they get stuck in the wheel), which the 30c never did, and so I have to pull it free more often. Between this and the height, it's an added nuisance. - Emotionally. The stupidity of the 30c made it akin to a pet. He roamed around without a thought, cleaned the same place five times over, ran over our feet, was afraid of sunlight, and generally made us laugh. The L60, being so smart, feels truly like we have a robot in the home. It's systematic, never "in the way", which removes some of the charm. I originally had the 30c in part because I wasn't allowed any pets, and having this idiot thing roam around eating crumbs made me feel like I had a stupid dog on a timer. The L60 does its job well, but I have no attachment to it. To conclude. The height and voice are frustrating, and it can't handle curtains, but the mapping, convenience, and noise are great.

Eufy clean L60, excellent robot vacuum cleaner.
I have given it almost a month before writing a review on my new L60. Time enough to give an accurate opinion on it's performance. I had been using an older Eufy 11s robot vacuum since 2019. It’s still working perfectly and has never broken down, but because it lacks LiDAR technology, I’ve decided to search for an upgrade There are alot of good LiDAR robot vacuum cleaners under my £180 price limit. I looked at many reviews and specs. I decided to go for the Eufy L60 because of the good reviews and specs and my personal experience with my older Eufy robot vacuum cleaner. Everything about the L60 is very good- solid build quality, effective cleaning, good and easy to use app. The LiDAR technology is superb. It scanned my whole apartment, and now I can send it to any room to clean or tell it to do the whole apartment. If you set the robot to clean a room twice, it will first clean the perimeter(right up close to the skirting boards and walls) of the room and then clean the total room in a horizontal movement and then clean the room again in a vertical movement. Some people have mentioned that they didn't like the L60's charging station, but I personally am very pleased with it, I have put double sided sticky foam on the back of it and stuck it to the skirting board on my low pile carpeted floor in my living room. It is firmly in place and the L60 has no problems whatsoever docking with it and charging. The charging station is minimally intrusive and can be placed anywhere.

Very impressed!
I've had this robot vacuum for almost 2 months and I can honestly say I'm really impressed. It just works and does what you want it too. Set up was easy and the first time you set it to go, it maps out your home, which again was really impressive considering this model is considerably cheaper than some other brands. You can set a schedule for cleaning or send it out to clean at anytime using the app. Once done, it heads back home to it's docking station to charge. The app is easy to use with lots of settings to adjust to your liking. I live in a bungalow, so have set it to clean all rooms Monday to Friday whilst in work. The only rooms it can't do are the bathroom and conservatory (we always keep the bathroom door closed and the conservatory has a step leading up to it). We have a Dyson which we tend to only use on the weekend now. The cleaning capability is really good. We have two cats which to be fair, don't moult a huge amount, but with most animals there is a certain amount of hair they leave behind. It manages to collect hair, dust and any cat litter that has been tracked around very well. It's only got stuck once and that was my fault. I was rushing for work and left my phone charger cable on the floor. I received a message on my phone to say the robot was stuck and needed help. When I got home, I detangled it and sent it on its way again. It's actually made us keep clutter off the floor now which is an added bonus. It's easy to empty and keep clean too. This robot vacuum has been a great investment and although it's not been enough to warrant getting rid of the Dyson, it has helped reduce the amount of cleaning in the week and does a damn good job of maintaining a clean floor.

Great at first, but complete software failure and a major fire hazard!
I wanted to love this vacuum. For the first month or two, it worked flawlessly. However, it quickly devolved into a massive headache, and I am ultimately forced to throw it in the trash. Here is why: ⚠️ 1. Dangerous Hardware Failure (Major Fire Hazard) If you or anyone in your house has long hair, do not buy this vacuum. It absolutely cannot handle it. It clogs 2 to 3 times per room, requiring constant manual clearing. Worse yet, the roller mechanism gets dangerously hot to the touch during these clogs. The heat became so intense that the internal plastic has actually warped, making it nearly impossible to get the rollers back in. This feels like a legitimate fire risk. 📱 2. Broken Software & Connectivity After a couple of months, a software glitch completely ruined the user experience: Map Loss: It completely stopped saving maps. Every single time I want to vacuum, I have to let it remap the entire house from scratch. Troubleshooting Failed: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app countless times and tried setting it up on multiple different phones. Nothing fixes it. Wi-Fi Drops: The vacuum constantly forgets my Wi-Fi network, forcing me to reconnect it repeatedly. Final Verdict Between the software completely breaking down and the hardware physically warping/overheating from hair, this product is completely unusable. It’s heading straight to the bin. Save your money and buy something else.

Great vacuum for a great price!
--We bought Eufy in the Black Friday Sale, I paid £160 for her (+Irish VAT)-- We had a Proscenic robot vacuum and it was grand, but after about 3 months it started getting very loud. Apparently a ball bearing issue. We decided to return it and upgrade to a better model (paid about 50 euro more). Eufy is excellent. In comparison with the Proscenic, her battery life and dust bin capacity are both doubled. But the main thing is obviously her mapping feature. Our ground floor is three rooms, she mapped the whole thing in 3 minutes and was very accurate. Because of the mapping, she can clean a room in under 10min, which is a third of the time less than the previous hoover. While she was mapping it, I wanted to avoid her going under the Christmas tree, so I added a No-Go zone. She paused, added it to the map, and resumed the mapping with no issue. I've read that people find the app fiddly, but I found it very easy to adjust the size of the No-Go zone later on. We have an open plan kitchen/dining room, which was a bit off on her map. I added a virtual wall, merged the bits that were off and have a perfect map now. Her volume is great, you can adjust language and pick a female or male voice. I love the fact that she maps a whole floor and then you can have her hoover just one room and return to her station, so much easier than carrying her around the place (like the old one). I used her on Standard so far and she's done a great job, I've also set a higher suction power for the carpeted landing but haven't tested her out yet. All in all, great value for money, lovely little machine, vast improvement to quality of life.

Don't bother buying Eufy, their app is awful
The quality of the clean is ok. It doesn't always pick things up so I have to ask it to cover the same area more than once. The app is the worst part. It's really glitchy. It'll be fine one minute and then won't work the next. I've had issues where it says it has zero battery when it's fully charged, it won't load the map or doesn't clean the area I asked it to. I've fixed the issue previously by uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it's time consuming and frustrating when I want to just clean the carpet and constantly have issues with it. It's supposed to save time but with the glitches it's quicker to get my big vacuum out and do it myself!

Would not recommend to buy
I purchased this Eufy robot vacuum expecting a reliable cleaning solution, but I have been very disappointed with its long-term performance. After only a few months of light use, the battery life has significantly degraded, failing to complete even basic cleaning cycles. Furthermore, the build quality is subpar. Despite following all maintenance guidelines, parts have become loose and the plastic components have proven to be quite fragile. Overall, this product lacks the durability and reliability one would expect at this price point. I would not recommend this model to anyone looking for a vacuum that lasts

Unreliable
Has broken within 6 months 😞keeps saying something is stuck but nothing evident. Disappointing to have this short a lifespan.
